We very much enjoyed our tour with Fatima. We learned a lot about Denmark, and Copenhagen in particular. We walked in a large circular route around the city centre, visiting historic sites and modern markets. We would highly recommend this tour for any visitors who want a personal experience rather than with a larger group.

We arrived at the meeting point (took a taxi to make sure we arrived on time) and there was no guide, we waited 15 minutes then called the emergency number on the voucher and were initially told there were no tours booked for our day, we must have the wrong date. So we gave the guy our booking number and he said, he found the booking but couldn’t tell why Viator didn’t send the confirmation to them. We were asked to reschedule for the next day, we couldn’t due to travel conflict. We were told a guide would be arranged in the next minutes. The guide (Lorena) arrived at the meeting point, she was apologetic and a good guide overall. She was funny and very kind with our little boy. We asked to cut the tour a bit shorter as our kid was getting hungry and needed his nap. There seemed to be a failure in the Viator system which didn’t confirm our booking or didn’t sent the proper information to the local operator. We are thankful they were able to provide a replacement but it had a cascading effect for the rest of our day.

Worth it for a First Timer

Guide was not an experienced local Dane. Brazilian who had just moved to Denmark 1 year ago. Knew nothing more than what I have read in guidebooks. We expected someone experienced in Danish culture, history, politics, etc. He admitted that it was his first English-guided tour.

However, there are some points that we must clear up. 1st. The guide of our walking tour does not necessary need to be dane to be able to know and understand the local culture. 2nd. To state that our guide knows nothing about the city, is unfortunately not true. Furthermore, during the tour, many of your questions were regarding finances, can be "difficult" even for a dane unless he/she is an accountant. 3rd and last thing, this was not his first tour in English. Having that said, we apologize if we could not meet your expectations despite the efforts of our guide. We wish you a good day

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time touring Copenhagen with Bruno. We have 2 small children and Bruno was very accommodating throughout the walking tour. He taught us so much about Copenhagen and all of Denmark as well. We would absolutely recommend touring with Bruno, it's well worth the money.
