Rubbed the wrong way, but still an excellent experience.

Once I booked the tour, I received communications about setting up the pick up at the hotel. Unfortunately, the person that I was communicating with was confused because the tour was for the 23rd and the day I booked it was the 23rd. After a few exchanges, they realized that it was July and I was booking for November. I set the massage up for my wife, mom and sisters as I went on another adventure. Thinking things were all set up I went on my way. Later I received a text from my wife telling me that the pick-up time moved to 11:45. The story later unraveled that no one showed up to pick up my family. My wife asked the hotel to call the number and they informed her that they were very familiar with the company. The hostess at the site was very abrasive with the hotel desk person. She was adamant that no arrangements were ever made, but she also stated that they had a driver available and the family got picked up. Once my wife and family arrived, the hostess continued being short with them. Arguing no pick up was set up, and talking extremely fast when requested to slow down. The hostess customer service skills definitely were lacking. Once things all got sorted out, the ladies had a great massage and their masseuses were very nice, accommodating and did an excellent job! After the massage was over, the were driven back to the hotel. Once I heard their story, I reached back out to the company on the same page where the pick up was confirmed, and shared that no driver showed and that the hostess was rude and asked for it to be looked into for future customers. The response back was a thank you and they would investigate, but no apologies were offered. At the end of the day, double confirm your pick up and prepare for a fantastic massage. I would recommend this tour.
