The menu was the main reason I chose this cooking program over others. We made 4 dishes each including Pad Tahi, Tom Kha Gai (Tom Yum Goong - for my partner), Spring Rolls, and Khao Soi. There were other options available but these are what we chose. We learned a lot about the main ingredients used to make many traditional Thai dishes. The instructors were great. Very kind, and friendly, and answered our many questions. I would recommend this to anyone looking to learn a bit more about Thai food. After this course, I feel more confident in trying Thai cuisine other than fried rice and pad Thai.
