Sylvia was very knowledgeable and a really nice guide. I personally would not recommend a private tour as very expensive and you are with lots of people most of the time . I had 2 hours in a car smelling of tobacco sadly , then two hours on a coach with lots of people to get to the walk way which was 20 mins to walk to cable car journey . Be prepared for a long day of mainly travelling and understandably uphill as it is a mountain. The weather is very unpredictable so I would recommend getting there as early as possible. If a clear day I am sure it would be amazing views. The temples were nice and good to appreciate the different cultures and learn .

To ensure you could reach the summit in the most convenient way, we arranged a combination of transportation options, including shuttle buses, cable cars, and scenic area battery cars. This multi - mode transportation approach is the most efficient way to enjoy the beautiful scenery within a single day. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by the crowded conditions at Mount Emei. As a renowned tourist destination, the number of visitors can peak unexpectedly, and this is indeed beyond our control. Concerning the issue about the driver, we've thoroughly investigated. The driver confirmed that he did not smoke inside the vehicle; we take your feedback seriously and will reinforce our guidelines to prevent any potential misunderstandings in the future. Weather is another factor that is completely beyond our control. Despite this, according to the itinerary, you spent 7 hours exploring the Mount Emei scenic area, and the weather remained relatively clear when you reached the summit. Finally, regarding the tour cost, the long distance from Chengdu and the admission fees for the Mount Emei scenic area, combined with the convenience of our private tour service and the use of multiple transportation methods, contribute to the overall price. Mount Emei and the temple site are amazing! Our tour guide Shirley was just wonderful and very knowledgeable. She and our driver were super accommodating and nice. Strongly recommend them!

Our guide, Silvia, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was very crowded and the wait for the cable car was long but Emeishan was breathtakingly awesome. We enjoyed the lunch at the restaurant she selected. We would highly recommend this tour, from the transport, the guide, her recommendations and assistance in getting admission tickets.
