I had a lovely day kayaking with Haris! It was my first time in a single kayak, and he was super helpful with tips and guidance to make it easy and enjoyable. The route was stunning—paddling through the Venetian port of Chania and out to a small island with a quiet beach, where I even got to do some snorkeling. Haris shared interesting historical facts about Chania and Crete along the way, which made the experience even more meaningful. Highly recommend for solo travelers as well! Thank you, Haris!

This was a well run, lovely way to see Chania. We met at the beach and the kayaks were ready to go. We had a safety talk and were off. We kayaked through the harbor and out to the sea to an island for snorkeling. It was a lovely day and a great way to see the Venetian Harbor from the sea.

We absolutely loved this sea kayak tour. It was one of the best things we did in Crete! We met our guide Haris at Aptera Beach, got a quick but clear briefing, and were on the water in no time.
We paddled over to Lazareta Island, where we swam in the crystal-clear water and explored a few hidden coves. Haris provided us swim goggles to allow us to see the countless fish including Sea Bream.
We then paddled across the bay to Chania’s Venetian Harbour, which gave us a completely new perspective on the city. We passed the iconic Venetian lighthouse, fortress, the historic Giali Tzami mosque and the old stone shipyards, all while learning fun and fascinating stories from Haris.
Haris took lots of photos of us along the way that he shared. He was committed to our safety. The kayak and equipment was in great shape and everything felt very safe and easy to follow. Prior to our trip, Haris adjusted our kayak route due to the wind and ensured that we were registered with the coast guard.
The pace was relaxed, and we didn’t need any previous kayaking experience. Whether you love history, nature, or just want a refreshing activity on the water, Haris's kayak tour is highly recommended.

The Sea Kayak tour was an enjoyable experience from the beginning to the end. The staff communicated well regarding the meeting point and recommended items to bring along. Our guide, Haris, was very attentive, knowledgeable, and humble. We had plenty of time to Kayak, swim, and learn the history of Chania. Everyone in our group, the kids or the adults, had a great time, and a bonus was the multiple photos our guide took during the adventure and shared immediately after the event.

We had a wonderful day with Haris and Katarina. The trip was really beautiful and it was special to swim on the island where we ate lunch - lots of cool fish! Convenient to Chania Old Town.

The Crete highlight for me. Great introduction, well-kept, good kayaks from Prijon. Haris is a great guy and knows a lot about history. He took many beautiful photos with us and sent us afterwards. From the small island you can snorkel super. Think of water, sunscreen, hat and swimming trunks.
