This was a perfect trip, the places we visited were beautiful. It was interesting to visit the castle on Gramvousa with spectacular view, and the beach and the clear and shallow sea in Balos was amazing. The most enjoyable part was the stop in Menies beach, where we snorkeled in the quiet cove in crystal clear water among blue fishes. Captain Perikles was very cheerful and nice, giving us all the information about the area. Also, very good refreshments were provided on the boat, sandwiches and a variety of beverages. We highly recommend this tour to have an enjoyable day in Crete.

Excellent experience on the boat today! Abraham, our captain was friendly and made our experience personal. Delicious local sandwiches, water, beer, wine and sodas were provided. This was a wonderful way to experience and see the west coastline of Crete.

This 5 star review is for Nicholas, our Captain. He was informative, funny and cared about every detail of our trip. The ride back was a little windy and he slowed twice to ask if we were okay and suggested a better place to sit. We had issues with the meeting place but once we got on his boat we had an A plus day.

So glad we chose Viator/Seaze the Day for our private boat trip in Chania. Balos Lagoon was breathtaking and Gramvoussa Fortress was also very cool to visit. And the snorkeling was so much fun. Great music, delicious sandwiches, beautiful scenery, nice boat. Perfect day. Our captain, Tsoridas? was awesome! (I apologize if I misspelled the name). He went above and beyond. He was informative, attentive, and so much fun. He told some great stories and showed us some caves with goats and islands with other wild animals. We even saw some kri-kri and baby seagulls. The grandkids were captivated and said it was the best boat trip ever! I would agree.

Spectacular Boat Tour

This trip was amazing. The boat is comfortable with great music, beer and food to enjoy while heading out to Balos Beach. The gorgeous beach and the shipwreck was great to snorkel around and see it lying beneath the ocean. Dimitris was very pleasant and showed us a nice time. Great day!!
