The waterpark was a good...

The waterpark was a good experience but will not order by Viator again. After ordering, paying and get the pick-up point we got a new mail saying our trip woyld be cancelled because they did not do pickup from our town thart day afterall. We had to rent a car and get there on oyr own wich costed us even more money

We are very glad that you liked the waterpark experience, however we are so sad that you had a problem with your transportation. We investigated your case and we found out that the transfer had indeed been cancelled. The excursion department knowing that you would have had an extra cost to transfer yourself to Limnoupolis waterpark suggested if you would like to cancel the tour and get a refund. Thank your time again and we hope to see you again in the near future.
