Driver was nice and polite. Only thing was that we could not locate him, the sign was not proper. Once we found him it was smooth.

Our driver was new & didn't realize he was also supposed to be the guide. He did his best & the sites were beautiful but he was hard to understand.

Not well organized at all. Driver was to have a sign with our names on it but just had your group on it. Spent 30 minutes with a phone call trying to find our transportation. No English speaking tour guide, lack of proper tickets at first stop, and no wine tasting.

I am, sorry that you experienced a little confusion with the driver-guide. With smaller groups our Drivers act as Driver-Guide, they are local and knowledgeable. I understnad he arranged your entry to teh museum, and also provided a good commentary in English as I , myself , spoke with him.
