Good but not great

The Viator ticket said 8 am so we gave the address to a taxi driver around 7:30 and he drove us to the wrong place in the opposite direction. We found another driver who looked at the address and asked us if we had GPS because he didn’t know where the address was. We used the location on Viator with Waze and got there 2 min before 8 only to find out the pick up time was 9 am; 10 am or 11 am. We rushed and were hit for nothing. When we arrived the check in was a bit chaotic and three people asked if we wanted our welcome drink. We told all yes and didn’t get the drink until 45 min after we arrived and there were only six people in the group on the 9 am boat. It took about 20 min to check in. The drinks were horrible by the way so say no and just ask for juice or water. We were given a nice place on the beach and were immediately approached by a woman offering massages. We only just arrived and we really didn’t want a massage but she kept pushing and pushing and then came behind me and began to rub my shoulders. I said I didn’t want a massage and then she sat at the end of my chair and kept pressuring me. I relented and then she began to give me a foot massage which progressed up the leg and became very uncomfortable as she got to a point she was almost molesting me - I had to stop it at the point and paid her and went into the ocean to try and wash the gel off that would not come off for about an hour. We then ordered food and when the server brought it, she sat it halfway on the edge of the table and as soon as we took one piece off the plate it flipped over and spilled the food on the sand. The server was standing right there and didn’t offer to clean it up or say sorry and get another one. We did order more food explaining that the first fell because she put it on the edge of the table with half of the plate not on the table. Of course when we were leaving at the end of the day, the first plate was still in the bill and we had to explain again what happened and then had to wait for them to find the server, hear from her what happened and then 15 minutes later they removed it from the bill. Over all it’s a nice place for lease a quiet but the water is not as clean as we were lead to believe on an island. The island is just across the bay from Cartagena. I would definitely chose another island for a day trip
