Private tour of the city

We did this day trip while in port off a cruise ship. Stefania and Jose were our tour guides. They customized the tour to our interests and abilities. I was traveling with my mother who can’t walk long distances. Stefania had great energy and taught us a lot about the history of Cartagena. She was very fun. We got to taste some food and juices from local fruits. It was a great day!

Nester was very knowledgeable and we could tell he was proud of Cartagena. Was a lot of walking so wear good shoes. Lot of cobblestone roads. Unfortunately it rained and we only got 3/4 of the tour.

We had an amazing time and Hector was able to help us fit in all of the major landmarks we wanted to see. He went deep into Columbia history without making it boring. The city came alive. Be prepared with good walking shoes but it is worth it and was the highlight of our trip.

Easy going and informative tour

Néstor was an amazing tour guide. He showed me around the city in a relaxed stroll around the historic center and Getsemani. He has a deep knowledge of the city's history and culture and a natural talent for storytelling, bringing the events that marked Cartagena to life. Since it was a private tour, he customized the route to my preferences, which was an added benefit. I can highly recommend Néstor for anyone wanting to have an authentic look into beautiful Cartagena and its fascinating past.
