We had such a wonderful experience at the cooking class with Stephanie! She not only taught us how to prepare traditional Italian dishes but also explained the importance of ingredients and how simple, fresh elements can create incredible flavors when made with love. The class was intimate, warm, and a perfect way to spend time with friends and family. Out of all the amazing meals we enjoyed in Italy, we all agreed that the best one was the one we cooked ourselves — which was both surprising and so special. Truly one of the highlights of our trip to Capri!

We had the absolute best time at Chef Stefanie’s cooking class in Capri! From the moment we stepped into her beautiful kitchen, it felt like the perfect space to cook, learn, and share. She guided us step by step through making homemade ravioli, a bright and zesty lemon cake, and a truly delicious eggplant parmesan. Each dish was hands-on, fun to prepare, and even more incredible to eat. Chef Stefanie also paired the meal with fantastic wines that elevated the entire experience. It was the perfect mix of authentic Italian cooking, warm hospitality, and unforgettable flavors. A highlight of our trip—I can’t recommend it enough!

My husband and I had the best time with our amazing host Stefanie. She educated us on the local foods of the region and the wines she paired from her family's vineyard were excellent. We had so much laughter going on in her kitchen and our delicious meal was filled with hands on love. This was a 10 out of 10!!

My son (19) and I took this fun cooking class with Stefanie! She is warm, gracious and fun. We learned many secrets to Capreae cooking and the food and wine served were excellent! Highly recommend! ps-beware that there are many stairs to arrive at her home!

We had a really nice private boat tour around Capri. Cooking classes were pushed to the next day and then cancelled by the host due to “power issues.” Strange, but fine. It turned out to be a blessing, as the boat tour was better than we could have hoped.

A great few hours spent learning and cooking some classic Italian recipes. Stefanie was knowledgeable and a great host, she made us so welcome in her beautiful home, she was inclusive and made sure everyone was involved. The food and wine were all delicious and locally sourced. I'd definitely recommend this as a lovely thing to do on the Island of Capri.

I highly highly recommend this cooking class. Stefanie was lovely and taught us so many dishes in her lovely home. She shared so many stories and gave tips about healthy eating that we have already applied when we make italian food at home (what sauces, pasta to buy etc). She lived in NYC for 8 years so her English is excellent. My kids loved this experience and we recommend it!

Stefanie was amazing from the minute we got there. It was a rainy day and this was this perfect. She greeted me with wine and some delicious bread and balsamic vinegar like nothing I’ve ever had. It was more sweet than anything but so tasty. She then proceeded to let us relax for a few minutes while she prepped. It was so easy to understand her and her stories were great about cooking with her mom, making the cook book and her upbringing. Highly recommend this activity. We had the best time and so fun to do as a couple.

Our class with Stephanie was a wunderful experience. She is a excellent ‘connaisseur’ of the true italian kitchen and a great teacher too. We learned, among other things, in detail how to make a tasteful ravioli. All products are biological, which is a big plus in this time. We highly recommend her cooking class.

What a wonderful evening. Stefanie was such a wonderful host full of knowledge and helped us through the process of making three delicious dishes paired some of the best wines. She took the time to throughly explain the process and the reason for each ingredient; she also gave us helpful hints for replicating these flavorful dishes when we go back home. The ambiance as well as the two other couples made the night magical. I wish I could give Stefanie more stars because this was definitely one on the highlights of our stay in Capri. We made great ravioli and very small portions of eggplant Parmesan and an almond lemon cake for dessert. One of the 3 of us drank wine and small amounts were offered. I think for the price paid there should have been a wider variety of food prepared

Hi Jamie, that’s really unfortunate to read this review as I asked multiple times if anyone wanted more wine not knowing that someone else didn’t want to drink prior I went out of my way to serve some fruit juice also.I also served an appetizer prior to the ravioli, eggplant and cake and even fried some left over dough and ravioli before serving the three course. I made the evening private for you and your family and you left seeming very happy with the evening. I’m so sorry to read this message really.

This was fantastic! We learned how to cook homemade pasta, learned about regional cuisine, and had some excellent company. The wine pairings were fantastic and all regionally relevant, make sure to ask about the vineyards they come from it's very interesting. We left with a full stomach and some of the hosts' families special vinegar and cookbook, both we have enjoyed back home. Thank you so much for such a great experience for us!
