Our sunset cruise aboard the Serenity was so fun! Our captain and crew served us cold prosecco as we sailed along the coast of beautiful Cape Town. Seeing the lights of Cape Town, listening to lively tunes, very comfortable seating. Great views of the twelve apostles, Table Mountain, Lions head and downtown. To top it off, we were fabulously surprised by energetic Southern Right Whales frolicking very close to our boat. Highly recommend! Wonderful memories we’ve made.

Not the fault of the provider...rainy and cold. But rain stopped during the first part of the trip and we saw a double rainbow. Staff and boat were all great.

We booked the enigma for R750 each and there were 3 of us but they put us in the serenity 1 which is probably worth R200. This is a scam and we deserved better than that. Your company is misleading people and I will take this further.

So much fun 🤩, the whole crew were great and very entertaining. The views were amazing and it was a magical experience. Definitely bring a coat as you can get wet and not a calm cruise, the waves in Cape Town don’t play! So if you get sea sick I don’t recommend!

They advertise different boats and change on the last moment with less placement for spaces in the sun (the reason we booked). We think it’s misleading as the pictures don’t look like The Boat that was offered and when you book you don’t know what boat you get.

This cruise provides a beautiful sunset backdrop of Cape Town with Lion's Head and Table Mountain in the distance. The crew was very friendly, and I'd highly recommend this experience to see Cape Town from the sea.

They use misleading photos, the boat looks nothing like the one in the pictures. Also did not stick to the departing time which causes an inconvenience if you have other plans

I messaged the tour guide hours before my tour asking for a refund due to taking the robben island boat ride earlier in the day & getting sea sick. The weather was bad, the water was rocky & THEY NEVER responded. Viator refused to help me also! smh

Waterfront Charters were amazing... the boat was lovely. Their staff, Rochelle and Keanan were so vibrant, very chatty and also had grandmas stories to tell also. The whole experience was lovely .... we could have stayed on the boat longer and cruised away with the beautiful views of the waterfront and capetown. They had blankets for us too for those who got cold! Def worth it!

It should be noted that kids are not allowed at the top. Granted for safety reasons but we were not informed before booking.
Otherwise the cruise itself was fine.
