The Atlantis Sand Dunes sand dunes are the only true white sand dunes near Cape Town. We arrived 30min ahead of time and was told to wait , we ended up waiting 2+ hours with the guides and managers constantly making excuses while they are helping walk ins and taking them on tours but constantly ignoring all the people who have made bookings. This was the worst experience ever , they kept telling us we’ll go on the next tour but ended up just standing there watching quad bikes come and go , would not recommend this place to anyone we never ended up actually going on the trip it was just a big waste of time.
The rides on the quad bikes were great, as were the views and the adrenaline attached to them. However, when we booked for the experience, we paid for a photoshoot, which we never got, and the guy that served us didn't even explain why not. It was unfortunate because after paying for a service, one would expect to get it

On the day of the activity I was hospitalised I informed them and I was asked to send an email with the proof of hospitalisation but they did not refund me. The situation was beyond my control but I’ve lost my money like that
We had the opportunity to experience a wonderful tour in Seoul, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Our tour guide was nothing short of exceptional. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture of Seoul with us.
He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure everyone felt included, and never made us feel rushed. His friendly personality and attention to detail made the experience both enjoyable and memorable.
If you’re looking for a tour that is informative, engaging, and led by someone who truly cares about creating a great experience, I highly recommend this tour. Thank you for making our visit to Seoul so special!
The tour was absolutely beautiful, we had Terrance as our guide and he was amazing we have the most beautiful pictures of our time there.
There’s also this food truck there that makes the most amazing food .

The ride is very short and it is more on taking photos. while the bikes are parked, no real adventure
I am not happy with the service we received. I had booked for 10:00 on Saturday, 28 February 2026. However, on Friday, 27 February 2026 at 16:22, I received a WhatsApp message informing me that our slot had been moved to 13:00 on Saturday.
When we arrived, we were also asked to pay an additional R1000 which we were never informed about beforehand. This was very disappointing as proper communication should have been provided in advance.
The session was not 30 minutes as indicated, we got done in 18 minutes, including the photo session. The operator was too pre-occupied with other things and couldn't give us attention. He was very unfriendly and laughing endlessly with his colleagues/ friends.
It was such a fun experience! Our guide was patient and took great pictures! Would definitely recommend.
Very beautiful and fun experience biking through the sand dunes! Enjoyed taking pics and just zooming through the open area. Definitely recommend if you are adventurous.
Just be on time for your booking, then concentrate all the nerves will go away otherwise it's fun Fun fun

Great time from start to finish. Photos were included but they will use your phone. The guide was kind and I felt safe although I’d never atved is sand before. It was slippery!

We had Terrance as our tour guide. He was super friendly, super nice, and his main objective was to make sure my son and I had fun. My son was 11, he wanted to ride… he made sure he knew how to start it up. Since my son and I are both experienced riders in arcs he let him ride his own. The scenery was absolutely beautiful! We both had so much fun!!!! He stopped and took great memorable photos for us too.

A rip off! The Eezy Tour guides were not taking care of us and we got different pieces and charges. The adventure was exciting but the guides were in it for money.
Our 13yr old loved the quad experience. She rides one at home but said this was the best part of 9 day trip. Coleo was a great gude, he took us on adventure in the dunes that was unforgettable.
First time but felt like its been 100 years of ridding,the service was perfect,keep up the good work.

The instructor was on the phone from the find we arrived. He kept on taking calls which further delayed our activity from starting. He continued to chat on his phone during our dunes ride.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service we received from our arrival. I was told that it was not possible that I could've booked our session for 01/01/24 on the morning of that day, which is actually how it happened. Then, 1 of my friends was left behind on the ride due to a shortage of bikes, but the whole time the guides kept telling us that they'd go back to fetch her, which obviously didn't happen. They took her for a 20 minute ride after all of us came back because they were all in a hurry to close, assuming that all she wanted was pictures.
