They never picked us up, we waited in front of our hotel for 45 minutes. Viator customer service stated the tour operator looked for us in the lobby, but hotel security said nobody came in. Plus they would have walked right by us!!!

we had communicated to you in writing what time we will be picking you up at your hotel lobby and we had a driver guide at the hotel at the confirmed pick up time. you were not there. reception of your hotel called your room you were no where to be found. we had a second pick up in 15 minutes about 10 minutes from your hotel so we could not wait not knowing where you are and unable to reach you.
