Was told pick up was from 5:00 to 5:30. Pick up was at 7:45 and we had left an gone back to bed. Elected not to go and asked for some consideration for a refund and got no response. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your review, but remember it is clearly stated on Viator pick up will be between 6am - 7am. An email was sent prior your pickup mentioning that your driver will be there at 7am and please don't change the time the driver sent you a message at 06.45 and you canceled the trip. Please kindly check our Cancellation policy You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Day trip to Aquila Private Game Reserve

Enjoyed a private transfer to Aquila Private Game Reserve and arrived in time for a buffet breakfast. After a 2.5 hour game drive we enjoyed a buffet lunch and then were transferred back to Cape Town. A brilliant day but worked out very expensive
