Great booking service with plenty of helpful info from the company. The driver was incredibly courteous.The cab had ac & lots of complimentary bottled water.We would definitely recommend this airport to hotel service. A relief after an 8 hour flight.

Our driver was early, although on the way took 4 wrong directions. Talk about the government in a bad manner and upset or political views. We were supposed to arrive in 28 minutes although, with his navigation it took over 48 minutes and were almost late for my wedding. Would not order again or recommend to anyone.

We accommodated a last minute booking for you with a special request at the request of TripAdvisor/Viator, however we do apologize for your experience and the heavy construction that changes the road routing weekly as required by the government and construction needs. Normally in the area there is arterial road which was closed that is usually used to access the Golf Course from the main highway. We also apologize if our driver did not do their best to avoid all political discussions, and that it was not agreeable with your views or your inquiries into their political views. In the future, please consider leaving a margin of time to accommodate any traffic issues and please let us know in advance that you have a 1:30 pm required arrival time for a wedding event. The booking was for 1 pm, and the driver arrived at 12:45 pm. The estimated travel time by GPS was about 29 minutes and you were not able to depart till 1 pm, and your arrival time was 1:35 pm according to our records. If we had known you had a 1:30 pm deadline, we apologize for not inquiring further on the last minute booking with a special request, if we had known, we would have suggested an earlier pickup time.

Friendly Driver met our party of four at the airport and loaded our luggage and assisted us into his transport minivan. Bottles of water was available for all (nice touch). Driver was equally helpful when we arrived at our hotel.

Great and reliable Service

Peter was nice and good in communicating where to pick us up. It is our first time to YYC and not familiar with the airport. After we got out, he has a sign in his iPad with my name in it, so it was easy to find him. He was also our ride going back and he arrived in our hotel early and let us know that he is waiting when we are ready.

Great Way to be Picked up from Calgary International Airport

We had a very pleasant ride with our driver who had a sign with our name on it at the arrival area at Calgary International Airport after we cleared customs. He had a spacious SUV that was very comfortable. It was a quick ride to our hotel. It was terrific knowing we did not have to search for a ride with our luggage and my big camera bag. It was worth the piece of mind.
