The access road to Moraine Lake is closed until late May each year and from early October onwards. Early season and late season bookings will not include Moraine Lake, but will instead spend 1 hour at Lake Louise.
Group bookings of 9 or more guests have a 7 day cancellation period.
Scheduled stops at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are 30 minutes each in length.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 24 travelers

The experience was great...

The experience was great up until we needed to wait 40+ mins for 1 passenger got delayed from another tour managed by the Banff Everyday Tour. Our pickup driver, Eric, tried to make a call to an operator to understand the situation, it took him a while to know the estimation of the other trip. Overall, I think the tour is greatly managed, some better coordination will make it 5 out of 5!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad the experience was enjoyable overall, but we apologize for the wait and the uncertainty around the delay. The connecting tours going back to Canmore and Calgary are using a shared return transfer, so there might be a bit of wait to make sure all passengers from the tours will be able to return - though 40 min is not standard and we apologize for that. We appreciate your understanding and apart of this mishap that you rate us overall 5. We will make sure to improve the timing for these out of city connectors.
