Fun but “open bar” is not great.

This was a last minute booking for us, it was fun for the family and we got to see some whales which was amazing. It was a large group on a fairly large boat, if you’re looking for something smaller group then this is not the one for you. I’m doing 4 stars mostly due to the drinks not being good at all. I had slightly higher hopes, definitely not something to book if the open bar is what’s catching your eye.

Great Cabo Sunset Cruise

It is a fun, entertaining, and we'll hosted cruise. We returned well after sunset, so there was no rush to return to the Marina.

Staff dropped my bank card in the ocean

This tour was not advertised as a booze cruise but turned out to be. I was looking for something without the loud music, dancing & party vibe. Not to mention my bank card was dropped into the ocean by a staff member while I was purchasing their overpriced picture package for my son. The staff member did not even care that I was extremely inconvenienced by this. It caused a serious of unfortunate events thereafter.

Our tour is not meant to be a party cruise — we avoid music entirely during the main part of the trip so guests can fully enjoy the sunset and the beauty of the Arch. On the way back to the marina, we may play a short moment of light music, but never with the intention of changing the peaceful tone of the experience. If this felt different to you, I truly regret it. I also just became aware of what happened with your bank card. I’ve spoken with the team, and please accept my sincere apologies. That should never have happened, and I completely understand how upsetting and disruptive that must have been. Please know we are ready to issue a full refund for your tour. Spectacular views, kind and attentive staff, very well organized sunset tour! A MUST DO IN CABO!

Very organized before the tour and so much fun with gorgeous views in a luxurious catamaran. They texted me and sent a what’s app message the day before to confirm and ask if I had questions. It was easy to find the meetup point, the crew was very attentive with drinks so that I never even had to go to the bar. Gorgeous views of the arch, sunset and other rock formations on the ride with a fun playlist that had everyone dancing by the end. There were a couple bathrooms down below deck as well. Would definitely recommend! I saw other boats (pirate boat) that were standing room only but we could recline on the netting at the front of the boat or easily find a seat inside or outside. The time of the tour was great as well, as the sun isn’t as strong and sunset/evening views from the boat are spectacular! A MUST DO IN CABO!

Best sunset cruise

I booked all the adventures for this trip to Cabo. This was one of the best sunset cruises we had for a few reasons if you go through some of the other adventures or Cabo Blue, they are more set up for tourists so they have someone on board taking pictures, they go through a lot of instructions on the boat, but this boat was called the Eco cat. We met in an office in the back of a restaurant and they got you your tickets and you went out and waited for the rest of the group. We had a drink and then appetizer and we brought to the boat a catamaran there was no one trying to sell us pictures and you got a brief safety lecture. The boat was very fun and energetic. They took us on a really nice ride. We saw all the sites and then took a nice long sunset cruise. The staff was super friendly and very attentive as it was an all open bar and they came around with shots and had great music so this was the best cruise that we had on our vacation Unfortunately, I booked another cruise with them on Sunday night and they canceled one hour before the actual sunset cruise so we had no opportunity to book something else in that short period of time they said that there was something wrong with the boat, but after we had gone into town, we could see that we were the only ones booked and they decided not to take the boat out. It would’ve been nice if Viator had put us on another boat and left us high and dry.
