We pick up our travellers at their hotel lobby and pick up time varies from Cabo's hotel zones as follow. San Jose del Cabo area - 45 min. before tour. Tourist Corridor area - 30 min. before tour. Cabo San Lucas area - 15 min. before tour. NOTE: If you don't require pick-up, you can meet us at Marina Cabo San Lucas Dock "A" . Please be there at least 10 min. before departure.

This tour was amazing. Sergio was a great captain and guide. The water was so blue and beautiful and we got to see sea turtles, sea lions and a sting ray. We swam to a beautiful beach. Perfect morning on the water!

Great experience! We had free pick and drop off from the Marina to dock, the boat was clean , scenic ride and just enough to experience the beauty of arch . We got to see the sea lion , lovers/divorce beach , pelicans and sunset. Overall worth the money off our group of 7

Good Experience, but not super clear.

Our boat was nice and clean. We took two adults and three older kids. We were on a cruise stop. We were able to do the walk from the pier in about 20 minutes at a fast pace. We caught a few quick glimpses of the famous arch and beaches, but this boat cannot take you to the beaches. I also thought that we would be able to snorkel, but it was not mentioned until later that the snorkeling is only on 3hr + excursions. I just wish communication was a little clearer. It felt a little scattered and disorganized.

Super disappointing experience

Very bad organizing, super disappointing, booked $800 private trip for the whole family but waited more than one hour for a public pickup. Tried to communicate before the tour and never got response. The guide kept saying I just work for this company, I can't solve your problem. And brought us to a place with no fish. They didn't provide towel, the snokeling masks didn't work, and didn't provide any gears for my kids. Note that this is a very expensive private tour and having such experience is not acceptable. Will definitely not coming back.

Fantastic Service. Picked us up on time very close to where the cruise ship tenders dropped us off, super nice boat with snorkel gear, great tour, cold drinks the whole time.

Needs to update Viator with actual availability

Operator confirmed shortly after I booked & paid via Viator, then told me they were unavailable on the day of the tour. Operator was still advertising the same tour on Viator for the exact time they told me was no longer available. Viator customer service was unable to find a comparable replacement. Ended up hiring a different boat operator that our hotel recommended who provided responsive and excellent service.

Unfortunately when booking with Viator there is still a short period of confirmation that has to be confirmed on the tour operator side . 99% of the time we can confirm with no Problem and being it was the 1st of January one of the busiest times of the year we were already booked to capacity . Our boat fleets our always available but again this day unfortunately because of the demand was not . We apologize for the inconvenience. We always do our best to give you the ultimate wonderful experience and try to accommodate an alternative time or date so sorry it did not work out this time . Hope you enjoyed your time in Los Cabos !

We Saw It All!

The drivers for this tour were prompt for pickup and departure. The boat captain was great and provided us with fantastic commentary. He also allowed us to make choices in our itinerary. We chose to whale watch, stop at Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach, and explore the rock formations. This was the highlight of our Christmas vacation in Cabo San Lucas!

Amazing two hours on the water. Took the boat up the coast and around the arch. Then was dropped off at lovers beach to spend some time walking around. Saw a bunch of sea turtles, sea lions, and colorful fish. Well worth the money for the private trip. Our captain was Alejandro and he was so nice, accommodating and told us everything about the local area! Great day on the water!

Marriage Proposal

We recently took a trip out to see the sights around Los Cabos and of course the Whales too Our Captain was Manuel, he was great, very welcoming from the start. He asked if there was anything in particular we wanted to see, but also made some great suggestions I had arranged in advance that part of the trip was to be for a marriage proposal (Mercedes, was a great help) and everyone involved could not have been more helpful, happy for me to play my own music and took a video of the whole proposal, so glad we booked with these guys couldn’t have gone any better............... and of course she said YES!!!!!!

El servicio esta bien organizado, lo que no mencionan es que aunque la lancha o bote es privado, el transporte no lo es. Te vas en una VAN donde van recogiendo gente de otros hoteles. Esto no venia anunciado. El barco es una lancha tipo pontón para agua dulce ligeramente modificada para usarse en cerca de la costa. Están en buenas condiciones, al no ser diseñadas para uso comercial ya se le nota el desgaste en algunas partes. El staff excelente todos, super atentos, el equipo de snorkel en excelentes condiciones, sin duda es buena experiencia.
