We drove to Cabo to meet the photographer at the indicated location and they said there was a problem and were not able to take our pictures, indicated there was some car trouble or something else going on. It was a lot of money spent for the trip and time for the evening so it was a big disappointment. I’m hoping that there is no charge that went through or at least an immediate refund will be given. No other discount was offered except they could maybe meet us at our hotel on a different date. Very disappointing experience.

It was impossible for us to get there due to an incident on the road. We have never been late. They were all very helpful and communicative, even before our scheduled shoot! Miguel was our photographer and he was super fun also very communicative! You could really tell he loves what he does! We saw a sneak peak of our photos and they looked stunning! Can't wait to see the edits!

I took pictures Saturday October 27th and was told that they would be in my email Monday Oct 30. It is Wednesday Nov 1st and I’m still waiting. I suggest just take pictures yourself with your phone and keep your money

Perhaps the information was misinterpreted. Sessions are always delivered 7 days after the day of the session. Your delivery date was November 3rd and we delivered to you on November 2nd. We hope you have your photographs downloaded. That day we had a great sunset and you were incredible.

Our daughter turned 18 while in Cabo, so we thought we would give her a photo shoot for her birthday. We also just did a couple family shots - without expecting much. We were blown away with how amazing all of the pictures turned out. Felt like they were from a magazine photo shoot. The location is perfect and our photographer, Sue, was amazing. He was super pleasant and sweet. He made my daughter feel comfortable and gave her great tips on poses. He had many great poses for all of us. The pics are our best family photos we have ever had - and we have paid for many photo sessions in the US before. I would highly recommend!

Sué did an amazing job with our engagement photos! Aside from the spectacular pictures, Sué agreed to accommodate our strict cruise schedule. Great experience with the team from communication to doing the shoot with Sue. He was very fast in giving us the prompts on how to do the poses. He was very friendly. We were not expecting to have the photos ready the next day. Its worth recommending this photo session.

We can't even begin to express how pleased we are with our photoshoot. The staff was extremely attentive, professional and might we add creative. Our photographer, was prompt and simply put...AMAZING! She took her time with our photos to ensure she captured a wide variety of beautiful pictures and see she did not disappoint! We received our photos when promised and they were very accomodating to our requests. We will be returning to Cabos in 2022 and will definitely schedule another photoshoot with Alofi Photographers. I’ve been in communication with Lucile of Alofi photos from day one. I was told on Sunday at my shoot that it would take 3 days to edit and deliver my photos. Every time I reach out I’m told they will be ready tonight or tomorrow and here I am 6 days past my 3 day window and still no photos. We were super excited to have this honeymoon photo shoot and now the memories been ruined forever

We had a family photoshoot in Cabo last week and used Photography. Hotel, Studios. They met us at our hotel beach and were very timely. We started the photoshoot right away, and the photographer and Isacc were very friendly and helpful. All of us felt comfortable with them and had a lot of fun. We got the photos within 1 day, fully edited and they even sent some extras - they all came out AMAZING! I would highly recommend anyone use them for a session in Cabo!
