Learn how to prepare Korean food like a palace chef during a small-group cooking class in Busan. No previous culinary experience is necessary, as you’ll receive plenty of one-on-one attention from your friendly and skilled instructor. Once your bibimbap, seaweed soup, and Korean pancake are ready, feast on your flavor-packed creations and enjoy a complimentary dessert at a traditional Korean dining table. - The studio opens 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you arrive early, please enjoy a walk around the neighborhood and return when the studio opens.

Min was the hostess with the mostess. Engaging, thoughtful and the menu and guidance given was excellent. We try a Cookery class in most countries we visit and this ranked up amongst the best. Very clear instruction meant we had a beautiful Korean meal to enjoy and it just felt like I was cooking with a friend.
This was a holiday highlight amongst all of my family (wife and children 14/15) so I can't recommend it any more highly.

The class was a truly fabulous experience. Min taught us 3 wonderful Korean dishes with great explanations of the customs and nuances of how to improve taste, authenticity and health impacts. And they were simply delicious enhanced with lots of laughter. Highly recommended.
We took a cab from the International Cruise Port to the class and back. Min was very helpful in assisting us with the travel arrangements.
The class was set in a home environment, and made us feel as if we were in Min’s kitchen. The food was fresh and fun to prepare. We made bulgogi as opposed to Bi Bim Bap, as Min was able to secure the beef for the bulgogi.
Min explained the reasons behind the dishes, and why they would be prepared. Min’s sister was assisting with the guidance and preparation needs as we had a full class of 10 pupils.
The food was ex Ellen’s, but the cultural exchange was the true gem of the class. We find it easier to learn about a culture from their food. In attending a class like this, we are able to travel in depth into the food culture and experience the basic structure of family and life through Min’s eyes, as well as the eyes of the other classmates.

We very much enjoyed our cooking class with Min! Not only did she teach us the 3 meals but talked about the history and traditions of Korean food which we loved learning about. Would highly recommend!

Hands on and a thorough introduction to Korean food and it's presentation by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady.
My two teenage daughters and I had a wonderful time with Teacher Min. Her class felt like an afternoon lunch date with an auntie more than a class. With that being said, even though we’ve eaten Korean food all our lives (we are Korean-Americans, born and raised in the US), we learned so much about the tradition, culture and meaning behind the foods that we had been cooking and eating all along. It was a truly enlightening afternoon. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to cook delicious Korean comfort foods, while learning the history behind the dishes. And the teacher was super encouraging to those of us who struggled a bit. What a wonderful experience!
Cooking with Min is such a fun experience! Her studio is beautiful, the kitchen is huge, and Min is incredibly well prepared. She is very funny, and she loves to share the history of Korean food. My family and I had a wonderful time making lunch with her. My daughter is an incredibly picky eater, so she didn’t participate in the class, but Min still made her feel very welcome and gave her snacks to eat while the rest of us cooked.
We made bibimbap, seaweed soup, and scallion pancakes. Everything was delicious, but I LOVE bibimbap, so I am so excited to recreate at home what I learned from Min.
While we were eating, Min gave us tips on what to do in Busan, and she also gave us a great recommendation for a bulgogi restaurant to try after we saw the Saturday night drone show on the beach. We had an incredible experience, and we would love to cook with Min again if we make it back to Busan. Highly recommended!!
This was such a fun afternoon! Min was very charismatic and we learned about Korean culture in addition to cooking. She was accommodating to our dietary needs (vegetarian) and spoke perfect English. We left very full, too! Highly recommended!

The space was clean, organized, and easy to find thanks to Min’s clear directions. Everything we prepared was absolutely delicious. The cooking class that Min runs would definitely be the best we have ever attended. Min not only gives a wonderful introduction to Korean cooking style and dishes but also includes informative insights into the Korean culture and language. This is all done with warmth and enthusiasm. My husband and I greatly enjoyed learning so much from Min and the delicious recipes we dined upon.

We thoroughly enjoyed learning about Korean cuisine- Min was a fantastic teacher and host, teaching us all about Korean food and much more. She effortlessly catered for our dietary needs and we all agreed our end meals were really delicious- we especially enjoyed the chive pancakes.

Great experience cooking with Min! She taught us how to read Korean menus, Korean culture with cooking, and overall had very fun conversation with her. I enjoyed it and would do this class again!

Great experience! A little bit of kitchen experience is helpful, but definitely not necessary. We enjoyed the learning experience and the food was good. We also learned about the history of the Korean apron, the different traditional desserts, and about the food dishes we made. Overall, well worth the trip to Marine City. Thanks Min!

Min was outstanding teacher. Not only did she teach us how to cook but the tradition behind it. She was very kind, sweet, and attentive to her students. We enjoyed the other students as they were from our hometown. We got a certificate and a surprise and the end. Can’t wait to go home and start cooking
