This was a good tour, Kassy was lovely and very informative. She was very sure to relay all details to us thoroughly. We all had a wonderful day even though it was very hot. Loved the temple, be aware it is very popular. We don’t like the fish market but that is just a personal choice really. Would 100% recommend booking with this group, we tried to get Kassy again when we returned because she was so wonderful.

Jenny, our guide was late due to travel distance and transportation issue to the port. Guide spoke broken English. Very hard to understand. Did not address where we were or what significance the site had. Asked her both of these questions to get a response from her as to the significance of the locations visited. Guide visited more with the driver than with us. Gave us two hours for lunch. Four of us didn't go to lunch. Just walked around and did some shopping. Could have offered one hour as most all were done in that time. Locations for tour were very spread out with travel time eating up most of the tour. Locations went to were OK, enjoyed the temple even without explanation.

Korean Speaks Korean , not English , plus I heard that mike on the mini bus was broken
That made situation worse
It was not just Lunch and walking around time at the site
Anyway, no excuse anymore, she will have panalty and get some training again

According to the reservation, this tour should have covered:

3. Bottle of water
But none of the above was provided. We requested a chinese speaking guide, but Jenny could only speak English. Besides, The guide should use a speaker during the tour.

Please check your reservation , inclusion and exclusion
There's no wifi, there's no lunch, there's no bottled water
Plus , this tour only offers English speaking tour guide
If you want all of it, please book privaet tour for your group
Other groups on the tour, they didn't have any issue since we did everything on the tour plan
If you felt that way sorry, but I recommend to check tour condition one more time

We were extremely disappointed with this tour
Several of the others on the tour asked if we could go to other places and he did not oblige even though he said he would He took us to a mall to shop and eat complete waste of time He took us to a Cultural Center another complete waste He finally took us to the street and market I recommended, a place that was very nice but we only had 10 minutes there Honestly I could have done a better job with 24 hours to figure it out

Before the tour we announced it that tour schedule can be changed since your cruise docks very for short time not like other cruise ship
Our goal was getting you back visiting major places in Busan and we did it
Only one place was missed but you and your partner asked 50% refund we couldn't take it
Eventhough we did visit all places without only one place
So we refunded you 20% but you asked us to 50% by threatening us with bad reviews
Only you and your partner were like that , other groups were very happy about the tour!

Kay, our guide, was waiting for us with a sign even though we disembarked early. She was very warm and knowledgeable. We learned a lot in a short time (we only had 6 hours) and saw several highlights we wouldn’t have managed on our own. Thank you for a memorable day!

We had a comprehensive tour of Busan. Harry was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. He related well to the small group. He took us to an authentic Korean bbq lunch.

Paul gave us such a great tour of Busan! He was courteous and helpful. I expected it would be tough to travel in a wheelchair in Busan, but Paul found a way to make it possible. Thank You!
Our guide did a great job of showing us the east and west sides of the great city of Busan. She explained a lot about the culture of South Korea, answered all our questions and provided a very tasty, authentic lunch. She arrived early to locate us and took excellent care of the 8 of us. I highly recommend her!
Was too short a visit in Busan, but Nami guided us through the beautiful Haedong Yanggungsa Temple with an exquisite view of the ocean. Enroute back to the coach, we tried the grilled octopus and fish cake on skewers from a street vendor, both were delicious.
She took us on the Skywalk and we enjoyed a nice Korean beef bulgogi lunch at a beach side restaurant. We tried their grilled abalone and clams in cheese casserole, also delicious. Our final stop was at the Busan Gamcheon Culture Village where we experience a variety of gift shops, food shops and took in the view of Busan from the highest point on that hill.
Everything was wonderful and Nami’s enthusiasm and knowledge made it more special!
Kassy gave us a superb tour of Busan! She picked us up at the cruise terminal and filled the day with many interesting sights and activities. Kassy was very enthusiastic and passionate about sharing her city with us.

Great experience. Must do. Lots to see and experience. We could have easily stayed another day. Kassy, our guide, was wonderful, informative, energetic, fun and kept us on time.
We did this trip from our cruise ship so were picked up from the port and delivered back to the ship on time. Our guide Sang was great (he spoke excellent English) and messaged me the evening before to confirm the arrangements. We were the only people booked so it turned out to be a private tour which was a bonus! Sang tailored the day to suit our requirements and we saw everything that we could in the time we had. For lunch we went to a Korean/Chinese restaurant which was excellent and not something we would have tried if it hadn’t been for our guide. Would definitely recommend this as we were taken everywhere in a very nice vehicle which made the whole thing stress free as Busan is quite spread out (and there is a lot of traffic)! Thanks for a great day!
We had an excellent day in Busan. Our guide Lada collected us at the Busan Cruise Terminal and took us to all the places that were scheduled on the itinerary. Lada spoke very good English and gave us a lot of information about the places we visited. She took lots of photos of the two of us together and sent them to us which was nice as we don't often get many photos together. The Korean BBQ lunch was the first time we had experienced one and it was fantastic. Lada explained what all the foods were and how to eat them. Great personal tour.
This was a very good tour. We got to see a lot of Busan in this short period of time we were there. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. She even squeeze in a couple of places to see before we needed to go back to the cruise.
Our shore tour in Busan, South Korea, with Mr Dylan Kim was the best ever! He spoke English very well, was patient, flexible, provided umbrellas when it started to rain, was a safe and efficient driver, answered all our questions, and maybe best of all seemed to really enjoy showing us around. I don't know how he did it, but we never felt rushed at all and still saw everything on the tour list plus I think some extra.
We aren't totally experimental with food but Dylan took us to a place for lunch where he ordered us Bibimbap, sat with us, told us what everything was and how to mix it together and it was delicious!
UN Memorial Cemetery was beautiful and solemn and very thought-provoking. The Gamcheon Cultural Village is a happy colorful place with interesting history. The Haedong Yonggung Temple was breathtaking. We enjoyed every single location on this tour and it was made all the better with Dylan as our guide. We definitely would recommend this tour and guide to friends and family.
