WE had a great day with Ice Man. He meet us at the shop and we headed straight to the Headongyonggungsa Temple. Ice Man was so kind to take pictures of our group. Since this was a private tour ice man managed our time allowing us to see so many wonderful sites. We went to the Cheongsapo Daritdol skywalk, Skycapsule, Gukje market, Jagakchi fish market, and the gamchepn culture village. Ice Man also recommended Korean BBQ for lunch. The food was great and the experience was fun. We could not have had a better day. Thank you Ice Man for a wonderful day! You are amazing.

This is a great tour of Busan! There are so many things to do in this great city! Irene was so helpful and communicative and made sure everything was set up for the day of our tour. Mia was a great tour guide taking us everywhere and took us to a cool coffee roaster that we would have never found and even stayed a little later so we could do the Haeundae sky capsule! Great tour! A must do!

The tour was well organized and the only issue was a slight language barrier but we laughed thru it. The capsules were not available so she made upfront it.

In peak season, skycapsule tickets should be booked 1~2 weeks in advance to secure the tickets. I would book the skycapsule one next time for your group if you'd like to sign up next time in advance. Irene was very good and so was the driver Mr. Ma.
I do suggest that Irene communicated better in English as it’s difficult to understand sometimes.
They went out of their way to add every sto we requested so we are very appreciative of that.

Lucy was an awesome tour guide. She brought us to the cable car when it became clear that the sky capsule was down for maintenance. Great replacement itinerary item. From there we went to Gamcheon which was very photogenic. Lucy provided snack recommendations at every stop along the way (super plus). We then went to Jagalchi where we had a wonderful seafood lunch and then finished off at Haedong Yonggungsa where Lucy shared a few poignant personal reflections on the temple. Full day tour was just enough for enjoyment. Lucy also provided estimated time between stops (perfect amount of detail to allow us to catch some zzzzs if we wanted). Definitely ask for Lucy if she’s available!

All the itineraries were memorable. Our guide Yeon speaks very good English and he is very attentive and knowledgeable. The capsule ride was fun and skywalk was quite an experience. Lunch was not included in the tour but we went to the fish market for sashimi and grilled shell fish recommended by Yeon. The seafood there was so fresh and delicious. Sea urchin I ordered was the best sea urchin I ever had.

Kay was our tour guide and she was an amazing tour guide! She is from Busan and is extremely knowledgeable about the city and the sites we visited. Her English is exceptional. She picked us up on time at the Busan cruise port and drove across the suspension bridge. She the took us to a glass platform over the ocean. One of the many highlights was taking the SkyCapsule along the coastline and the views of the Busan city skyline were very impressive. It was an extra $30US for 2 people but worth every penny and the your operator should purchase in advance as they are likely to sell out. Don’t miss the Skycapsule. We visited the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple on the sea and it was very impressive. Kay took us to a wonderful local Korean BBQ restaurant for lunch and experienced traditional Korean BBQ which was awesome! Then we went to the Gamcheon which is also a must see. Lastly we drove by a local cozy beach in the middle of Busan. This Busan Private tour was awesome and Kay made it awesome! Don’t hesitate to book this tour and ask for Kay!

What a great trip! Private trip in a comfortable mini van to take us around town. Irene was our tour guide and she was wonderful! She made contact before the trip and picked us up our hotel. We hit all the big sites during the trip and made the most our of 1 day to tour. The lunch in the seafood market was both exciting and delicious. High recommend.

Had a great time. We enjoyed everything in this tour, from the temple to the fish market. Our guide Irene was great, she took us eat some good korean BBQ and even booked the sky capsule for the tour that wasn't included. Highly recommend this tour in busan.

I booked this tour literally while my family of 5 were on the KTX ride to Busan since I thought it'd be raining the next day and I wanted to make it easier to go around places for my parents, in particular. Irene reached out to me right away via Whatsapp and confirmed the tour itinerary with me, the pickup location pretty immediately. She even booked the Sky Capsule tickets for us so we wouldn't have to worry about purchasing them later (or facing the possibility of the tickets being sold out). She also let us pack multiple activities as we can during the tour which I was so thankful for since we only have 1 solid day to tour Busan this time. Our tour guide, Mia wa so personable and easy-going (English is good for those who don't speak Korean), and was also so good about keeping us on track without making us feel like we're being rushed. Our driver, Mr. Kim was also amazing and so timely and personable as well. My parents especially liked him because he had a lot of historical references to share with us as we drove through Busan (in Korean). Everything was great and we would recommend this tour to anyone who doesn't want to worry about transportation / traveling in a group. The important thing here is that it didn't rain on our tour day which was so good!
Another thing that Irene came in clutch with is helping us with a ride from Busan station to our hotel in Haeundae. I asked her because I couldn't find a jumbo taxi anywhere with all 5 of our large luggages, and of course this was a separate transactional charge, but Irene came with the driver to come pick us up as soon as we offboarded the KTX. We were and still are SO thankful to the team here for everything. Thank you!

I booked a last minute tour in Busan, Irene was quick to reach out to sort details of the pickup and itinerary for the tour the following day. Linda and the driver was prompt in picking up our family of 4 and showed us a wonderful day. Linda had set up an efficient itinerary to show us the best sights and was flexible. She took us to a great restaurant for lunch which we would not have been able to find ourselves. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this your service.

Irene took us to one of the best restaurants for Seafood. Our family are all foodies so this was a highlight of our tour.
I suggest doing a full day tour, but doing less things so that you can really experience each activity leisurely.
