We are very impressed with Busan. Included in that praise is for our fantastic guide Arthur! His tour site selection was wonderful. We visited the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple that sits beautifully perched on the sea. Arthur’s translation of the meaning of the statues and Buddhist customs was impressive. He was so nice to take photos of us or show us where the best location was for us to shoot. We moved on to Dongbaek Park which is a lovely nature island setting and holds the building where the APEC Leaders Meeting was held in 2005 to advance free trade. Breaktime!! What a delicious experience Korean BBQ is! We ended our grand tour at the unique Gamcheon Cultural Village. Because of our cruise time limits we missed (by choice) the Fish Market. Arthur’s English is great. We are envious of his new car. He is a licensed guide and a very personable man. This is an interesting and extremely worthwhile tour that we highly recommend.

We had a delightful tour with Suki who shared her beautiful city of Busan. She shared her culture, the history of Korea and their experience during the Korean War. We explored the fish market, sampled the local cuisine and took in some wonderful scenic sights. Thank you for a wonderful day Suki.

This six hour tour covered five major attractions— Haedong Yonggungsa Temple by the sea, APEC 2005 site, UN Cemetery, downtown food street, and the Gamcheon Cultural Village. Guide Misook made this an unforgettable tour.

We visited 6 or 7 places in Busan - a very pack schedule. Our tour guide, Katy, was very informative and she managed the time well ensuring us getting back to our cruise ship terminal in time.

An intense tour, covering a lot of ground in the allotted time. The Dragon Temple has a lot of steps to negotiate, as does the Gamcheon cultural village. All in all worth the cost. The UN Cemetery was my highlight. Gamcheon was very very crowded

Our Tour Guide Luke with Korea Travel spoke excellent english. He provide our small group with excellent service and a great insight of Busan history and culture.
We enjoyed this one day tour very much with pick up and drop off at the Busan Cruise terminal. He made sure we got through the itinerary and to return back to our cruise ship on time. Korea Travel was excellent at communicating our meeting point and ensured the guide would wait for us until our group went through Busan immigration.

We had a lovely time in Busan. Even though it rained A LOT, our tour guide managed to give us a good look of the city. They even got us umbrellas. They managed everything so we could arrive on time to the cruise. Helen was really sweet and patient with us. Would recommend.

This is a high activity tour but we'll worth the steps and hills. The sites were busy, as expected at popular tourist spots. Lunch at the market with Korean specialties was excellent. Our guide, Gina, was fun and very helpful, and knowledgeable about Busan's history.

Austin was a great guide--knowledgeable and friendly. The tour start time adjusted based on when our ship docked which was much appreciated. We only had a total of five persons including our guide in the car so we were able to adjust our itinerary as necessary and park easily. Austin gave us excellent lunch options and shopping opportunities. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who needs a shore excursion.

This tour is an energetic sampler of old and new Busan. We enjoyed the temple and the visit to the fish market the best. Our guide Kassy was enthusiastic, fun and charming. She was flexible and accommodating and got in touch with us directly about changes to our schedule caused by our cruise ships delay arriving in port. Highly recommended tour for those willing to walk up inclines and steps at the temple, in the park and around town.

Kassey was a wonderful guide who had knowledge of her country. She shared a vast amount of information as toured. The entire tour was my favorite. Everything you would want to see while in port for just a day. Each stop was just enough time to encounter the site. We were back onboard the ship in plenty of time before we set sail.

If you are seeking a well rounded tour of Busan this is the best tour. Kassy met us at the port terminal and led us to a comfortable bus. We traveled to Temple Gijang-gun, APEC, UN Memorial Cemetery, Gamcheon Village, and the fish market as well as the old town area which sells crafts and souvenirs. It was an amazing experience and really enriching. I have an understanding of Busan geography, food and culture. Kassy was a great tour guide kept us informed of the areas we visited provided restaurant recommendations and gave a great overview of the history of the areas we visited. We truly enjoyed our experience and recommended this tour to others.

Booked reserve now, pay later on Busan tour(cruise layover). When it came time to pay and check details on my phone, kept getting “payment not processed” and rebook now but not allowed in to do so. As I thought my reservation was cancelled, I did not show up for the tour. After I returned home, found out that my payment had been processed after all. Tried to get a refund by speaking with Viator, but was told “No” as this reason was not in policy- no exceptions. Lost nearly $200.00 and feel that Viator’s policy does not include fairness and customer satisfaction- no refund or credit for future tours was offered. I will never book with Viator again as this has never happened with other tour companies- BEWARE!!

Jenny provided the best experience for our group. We were a group of 11, all ages, and we all had a wonderful time on the tour in Busan. While there was walking to the sites, it was well worth views and cultural experiences. Jenny is informative, professional and a joy to be around. We took this excursion during a stop in Busan on the Diamond Princess. Luke was our tour guide for the day, there was excellent communication between the tour company and me before the day of the tour. We met Luke at the exit of the cruise terminal at the designated time and he took us in an air conditioned mini van all around Busan. Luke had spent time in Perth so his English was excellent. When I booked the tour it was called small group day tour so I thought there would be others with us but it was just the three of us! Really enjoyed our time in Busan. Luke made sure to get us back to the ship in plenty of time. Would definitely recommend this tour!
