no show terrible service. Do not deserve even a one star. Left a bitter taste in my mouth not to deal with Viator anymore viator representative, try to con me to take another package cost over $1000 of dollars, and driver lied about coming. I ended up not going, because no one showed up, it was wasted time and money I am still waiting for my refund, which is taking forever

Very disappointing tour not nearly worth the cost

Nothing at all memorable about this tour: we basically drove around for two hours with no set itinerary: the driver asked us several times where we’d like to go and whether we’d like to go into any of the places that he drove by (he did not offer to guide us through any of them, and any time spent touring them would be deducted from the two hour limit). Moreover, though he was supposed to pick us up at hotel, it took fifteen minutes to connect and set up meeting point because he was unable to find a parking place. Because he dropped us off 5 minutes early, the tour actually only lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes. Lastly, the driver was a little hard to understand because of his accent, and didn’t have the e depth of knowledge one would expect from a tour guide. Recommend that you not waste your money on this tour.

Disaster

The driver never showed up. I called him and he said he had no assignment. I called the pick-up phone number and they never ansered. Day ruined.

nice quick tour of the city. just what we wanted. stopped where we wanted for photos. traffic was slow but Jane took her time and got us to all of the highlights of Brussels

Taking accommodating to a new level.

How accommodating the driver was, as I had no concrete plan as to what I wanted to see. In addition to the traditional stops, I also was fortunate enough to see an antique market. Most importantly though, I was able to find the specific souvenirs that I had been searching for since my arrival in Belgium! The only thing that I didn't notice prior to booking was that it wasn't a drive and park tour, while stops were not discouraged, I misunderstood that it was mostly a purely driving tour. Either way, Francesco more than made up for it.
