Pick-up is available from all hotels in Bologna and Modena city center, or from a meeting point in Bologna city center, based on the option selected. Please specify your requested pickup point (name and complete address). The exact pickup time will be communicated a day before the tour. Pickup normally starts between 08:45 am and 08:55 am and depends on the location you are staying in. Please make sure to be on time, we are not able to accommodate any late arrivals. When you are late for the pickup, the tour is not guaranteed, no refunds could be offered in that case. If you arrive by train, please contact us before booking your train, as we could advise on the best suitable arrival time. It could take 15 to 20 minutes to exit the underground train station where most of the high speed trains arrive. It means that you should arrive in Bologna no later than 08:30 am for the pickup at 08:50 am. Please check strikes or any changes in train schedules in advance. In case of a strike, cancellations or other changes in trains schedule, you assume full responsibility, the reservation cannot be moved to another day last minute. When you select "Pickup from a meeting point" option, no pickup from your hotel is included, instead pick up will be from a meeting point, Piazza XX Settembre, in front of the NH De La Gare Hotel.
