Disappointing - no tour happened

The meeting point at Piazza Maggiore is totally vague, This is a very huge town square in front of V Basilica San Petronio which is a long wide entrance. Absolutely no was made by guide to contact me and as a result this much awaited walking tour did not happen for me. I asked a few proper standing around the area and none of them knew . Unlike the food tour also booked under Viator app where meet point was precise, I felt this was an outright SCAM!
