We had a great experience with our guide Devon. She brought out a lot of the history of Bermuda and the differences in the lifestyles between the USA and Bermuda. We tried wonderful food and drinks. It was a great afternoon. I would recommend it for anyone that would really like to get a flavor of Bermuda. Excellent tour!

Craig was an outstanding host! Took us to all the best places and shared interesting stories about the food, drink and culture of Bermuda that we experienced on the tour! My only suggestion is to add a Portuguese pastry instead of lemon poppyseed and chocolate

This was a well thought out and very professional tour led by a very knowledgeable and personable lifelong Bermudian.
Lots of sights. History and background of Bermuda and Hamilton were very impressive. And the food and drink was varied, delicious and plentiful.

This is a must do! We have been on many, many food tours and this was by far the best! Craig was personable, knowledgeable, professional and in general, fun to be with! Ask for him when you book. The food and drink portions at every stop were generous. We learned the history of Bermuda and many other fun facts. This tour exceeded our every expectation!

Our tour person, Craig, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, well-travelled and a native of Bermuda. There is not a question he couldn’t answer and this tour was not just about food and the drinks. It was all about Bermuda and we all learned a great deal from Craig!

My husband and I have been coming to Bermuda for the past ten years and have never done this wonderful experience before. Our guide, Devon, born and raised in Bermuda was a wealth of information! It's a delightfully fun experience! A "must do" while in Bermuda!

The guide was great! She took us and another couple around downtown Hamilton, explaining the history of the area and the places we went into to sample food and drink. While the things we had were not Bermudian, they were unique to those particular establishments and were all delicious! We learned quite a bit about the island from this tour!

Devon was awesome! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. It offered a great variety of bites and drinks and a great experience. You will not leave hungry or disappointed. Had we more time in Bermuda, we would have taken the evening version of the tour as well.
Everything was delicious and we learned so much about Bermuda and it's culture.
We can't wait to come back and will definitely do this again

Many times visiting BDA but first time we have done any sort of tour. Michael did not disappoint! Learned so much about this beautiful little island and met many interesting people along the way. My cousin and I took the Bermuda Food Tour: Eat, Drink and Explore on September 4th, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We were lucky to have Michael as our guide. From the moment we met him, he was warm, pleasant, and incredibly knowledgeable about Bermuda’s history, culture, and cuisine.
Since it was just the two of us, we had his undivided attention, and we learned so much about the island that we left feeling like we have to come back for a longer stay. From the delicious food samples to the refreshing drinks, every stop on the tour was an exceptional experience.
The weather that day was off and on with rain, but Michael made sure to keep us on schedule so that we could fully enjoy the tour and still make it back to our ferry on time to return to our cruise ship. His professionalism and thoughtfulness really stood out.
If you’re visiting Bermuda, this is an excursion you don’t want to miss—and if you get Michael as your guide, you’re in for the best experience!

This is a great tour! We had tasty bites (well more than bites!) and drinks at each stop. Our guide Devin also provided the group with a lot of history about Bermuda. Worthwhile tour!

This is a good walking tour that stops at 5-6 eateries for some of the local fare. The items with a distinctive Bermudian tone, like the Codfish and Potatoes, or the Rum Swizzle, do full justice to the tour. Unfortunately a stop for Italian pizza really doesn't showcase anything about Bermuda. As a walking and snacking tour, this is well constructed. As an informative tour about Bermudian culture, it needs some work.

With regards to the desire for more Bermudian cuisine, unlike many places, Bermuda did not have any indigenous people. There were no inhabitants of Bermuda until an English vessel shipwrecked here in 1609. Since that time, the population consisted initially of persons primarily from England and Portugal and later from varying countries around the globe including a strong Italian presence and more recently persons from Asia and the Caribbean.
These influences are well represented on the tour offering a flavorful mix such as...
-a classic Bermudian breakfast of codfish and potatoes with the Rum Swizzle at Flanagan’s
- wahoo bites at the iconic Hog Penny Pub which provide a delicious representation of food caught fresh in the surrounding sea
-British fare of Welsh Rarebit and Scotch Egg at the English Pub Astwood Arms
-Pizza at La Trattoria (a little taste of Italy!)
-Asian tasting of a unique appetizer paired with sake at Beluga Bar
We hope this helps explain the tasting experience on our tours as we are proud to represent the melting pot of flavors on the island.

This was a fun tour. Our guide was personable and entertaining. The food and beverage at each stop was amazing. The quantity of food was very generous and we got to eat inside, sitting at a table. All the restaurants were welcoming and gracious.

If you are thinking Bermuda is not the place for a food tour. You are not thinking correctly. This was an excellent tour. Lots of history, great food and loads of fun. Tour guide Craig was fantastic.
