We arranged transportation from Bergen airport to downtown Bergen. Our driver was right on time to meet us and provided a little tourist info on the ride. He also helped us with our bags at the airport and hotel. A perfect experience I would happily book again

Booked airport transfer. Driver did not show up when we landed. Contacted tour company, who was cooperative and sent a replacement driver. New driver was great. However, we were delayed an hour past the booked pickup time, which was frustrating.

We are sorry for the delay of our driver. You have been on te place earlier than you have booked the transfer, so we were expecting you to arrive later, at the time, initially booked.
So when you called our emergency phone, we made sure to send you another driver who picked you up 15 minutes after your call.

I highly recommend this service, prompt and courteous . Even though our flight was delayed the driver was waiting for us with a I pad and our names on it. The taxi was in good condition and clean.The minivan was just perfect for the 5 of us with our luggage.
