We were two seniors traveling with a fair amount of luggage and a foldable wheelchair. The driver was very amiable, picked us up on time, and made sure we and our belongings got to the airline counter with a minimum of fuss. We are very grateful for the great service. Of course, everything in Norway is expensive and so was this service but the price was competitive with other similar transfer services in Bergen and very much worth it. Advice to other travelers: if you have special needs let the company know ahead of time to make sure you get the level of service you need.

LATE, unable to contact driver (no answer) and contact with the company was extremely volatile filled with untruths. We are seasoned international travels and this was the worst company we have ever entrusted and worked with. Total deniability of wrong doing and gave our group a partial $100.00 'Goodwill' refund which I have yet to see come across. Only one cruise port with easy and direct access to the Viking Cruise ship, they did not show at the prescribed time, with multiple written communications prior, even the day before. We (Viking) called the company directly, 4 times, (ended once with them hanging up) while anxiously waiting and caught them in several lies and excuses. Told us over and over the driver was there, as we are all looking into the empty lot, the taxis were all gone, all while pouring down rain. Driver eventually showed, prior to us panicking in trying to get a different transfer that would accommodate our small group with 8 pieces of luggage. Also at the drop off at the airport gave us erroneous information to the ticket counter, which I knew was not correct, as we've used the BGO airport multiple times. This was an absolute failure on their part and will NEVER recommend based on reliability and integrity.

According to the driver, he was present at the meeting point at 07:30 as scheduled, but was unable to locate you immediately. When you reached out to our support team, we promptly provided you with the driver’s direct contact details - which have been sent to you by Viator and text message with the photo of the car & number plate, to the phone number you have been reaching us from. At no time did our support team hang up on you — instead, we explained that we would need to disconnect the line so that the driver’s call could come through to your phone. Unfortunately, when you called back immediately, this prevented the driver from being able to reach you directly. Thankfully, the driver was able to find you at 07:46 and complete the service. We understand that this situation caused you stress, and while the transfer was fulfilled, we have processed a USD 100 refund, which is more than 50% of the completed service. Regarding the issues you experienced in Iceland: we would like to clarify that those transfers were not operated by our company, and we are therefore unable to comment on them. Our involvement was limited to the Bergen transfer on September 18.

Driver was 25 minutes late. Late for Checkin at airport. Never said sorry late. Ignored me when I ask him why late.

Our driver picked us up at 3:30am to go to the airport. He was extremely nice and was very interesting! He had a lot of great things to say about Norway and other stories of things he had done. A very good experience even with it being such an early morning!

Agnis is our driver. He waited in our hot lobby before the pick up time. He was so early. We didn’t know he was there until I started checking outside of our pick up arrived already at 11:00 am. He noticed that I was looking so he went outside. He’s so accommodating the whole trip to the Aiport. He knows a lot about Norway. So we are having our own tourist guide.
