This trip was not worth booking through Viator. Other than providing the tickets (which you can buy yourself), there was no other service.

The trip was beautiful and a great use of time if you only have one day and wish to travel from Bergen to Oslo. If I had it to do over again and had the time, I would drive, and definitely spend more time along the way.

Views were good but it was too long of a day and very stressful to fight the crowds for a good seat. Definitely get a porter service for you luggage because you will not want to be carrying them for the many ups and downs. For the kind of prices I paid, I was expecting a bit better. Also note that the tour is non refundable, which means even if the weather is bad, you have to do it. We might have both caught a cold afterwards from exhaustion.

Dear Sylvia,
This tour is highly demanded during the summer, so a lof of the tourists come to visit Norway in these dates.
We always offer on our tour page a more private experience, where you will travel along the way with the driver-guide, and not only enjoy the storytelling but the beauty of Norway without other people affecting your experience.
To eliminate the luggage struggling, we recommend booking a porter service or ordering our private tour, where all the luggage will be stored in the vehicle.
Best Regards,
Elena

The beginning was a little stressful with some confusion about the pick up point. Staff was very helpful and made sure we got to the right spot at the right time! Flam was less than I wanted it to be though. Probably would avoid the hassle and go straight to Oslo via train!

Dear Joanna,
Thanks for sharing your feedback! Our tour page indicates the start point, and we are always here to help you during the trip.
This tour is meant to show the beauty of Norway along tour trip from Bergen to Oslo, and indeed the direct train from Bergen to Oslo might save you some time, but it definitely wouldn't be so sightseeing!

A nice day tour. You will be able to see fjords from the boat and from the train. The train makes a stop near waterfall. It’s just amazing! The tour is well organised as well. You get your tickets by email and the company is always on line. There was a mistake in my ticket. This was sorted in 2 minutes!

Well coordinated event, we enjoyed the entire part of the trip. The guidance given was easy to follow and the trip was well worth it. One of the times was off but we figured it out.
Best way to see Norway.

The tour is a bit pricey, but very worth the price. Norway is the one of the most naturally beautiful countries in the world, and it would do justice to spend a long time exploring it. But if you're short on time, this is a quickest way to see the most important sights. The Fjords are just maginificent and the Flam railway is very scenic. Since they're on different providers, booking this tour saves the effort of doing the research and booking multiple tickets. Arturs from Easy Travel was very helpful throughout the process and ensured a very smooth ride.
