This was such a wonderful tour- that was both educational and moving. I learned so much from the personal stories our tour operator Joe McCullough shared. He truly had the lived experience which told the story in a meaningful and memorable way. My entire family loved this experience

The beautiful gentleman who did the tour - I found his experience quite emotional. Living overseas, and perhaps for more local people, we did not see the "behind the scenes" activity. A very eye opening experience. It certainly changed my impression of the IRA and what it wanted to acheive.

Astonishingly good tour given by someone who was articulate, knowledgeable, fair and passionate. Someone who lived through the troubles and saw them from the inside. Gave us a brilliant insight to what went on and gave us almost twice the time we had paid for. Totally memorable.

This was way beyond murals. It was a tour showing us the troubles from someone who had lived it. Brought to live but with balance. It was very interesting and we have come away with more mature outlook on what happened. The tour Guide. (Joe) was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, he gave us ideas for places to go and showed us what we wanted to see.

The tour was really good, the knowledge John had about the history of Northern Ireland and the troubles was incredible and we got a very balanced view from both sides of the conflict, I learnt a lot and the stories behind every mural was very interesting and eye opening.

This tour was fabulous. Our guide was remarkably knowledgeable, articulate and charming. It was well worth every penny and then some. I can't recommend this tour more highly, especially for those who want to put history in perspective, learn the issues of the troubles from both sides and discover how that history impacts on today in Belfast.

This was an excellent tour ! Jackie was exceptional , friendly, cheerful , great historian and tour guide and .This tour was a highlight of our 4 days in Ireland / Northern Ireland. We learnt a lot about the political 'troubles' and were given good opportunities for photo's at the various places. I highly recommend this tour and feeling that I have a much better understanding of the political history in Belfast.
