Sorry for the late review. I booked several private tours via Viator in Beijing. All went smoothly. My guide, Serena, spoke excellent English and was very efficient. She was also very friendly, took a genuine interest in me and took time to explain to me a lot of things about Chine, her way of life, food....would happily book again.

Sang Yu, aka Ms. Maria, was a fantastic Guide who showed me around Beijing as we were chauffeured by a great driver. Her English was impeccable, she took me to see a slice of real life in the markets and out to lunch. Sang Yu is knowledgeable and so sweet. She shares her insight and introduces you to some great vendors if you like to shop. We ended up with a massage, unlike any I have ever had on a queen size table. It was a day to remember.
