It was amazing!
The team of Elegance Catamaran Cruises: Cali and his team were professional; organized; personable and made the experience fun and exciting for my family. The catamaran was clean, neat and the food was delicious. The snacks: banana bread and carrot cake were sumptuous. Cali and his team were very attentive to the needs of everyone on the tour. They made it enjoyable for all ages. It was a small and personable tour and we would definitely recommend it.

It was amazing! Catamaran is gorgeous. Snorkeling equipment, swim noodles and vests provided. I suggest bringing extra sunscreen. Crew are wonderful and very accommodating. We felt pampered during the whole trip. Food provided was delicious! A plus plus!!

Just finished the tour today and had an excellent time. Managed to snorkel in a few places and luckily saw some turtles. Managed to sail onto sandy lane beach and did some swimming there
Very relaxing catamaran with only 10 people on the tour with some good buffet style food - chicken , mahi mahi and veggies ( potato salad was great)! Lots of drinks as well and no shortage.
Many thanks to the team of Renico, Jamali and Cally who looked after us all very well! Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely trip we had. Of course the scenery was beautiful but what elevated the experience was the careful attention of all the staff. Wow it was great! The food was so good too!! Every time we visit we shall book a trip!

Fantastic; brilliant crew, amazing snorkeling spots, food was delicious, never wanted for anything, friendly staff. Informative, wind in the face sailing. Cannot recommend enough. Small group, which was so nice. Only 12 people so not a giant party boat

If you’re staying at The Crane, they don’t pick up from there. When booking with Viator, this is not made clear. It cost us an additional $100 for transportation there and back. Otherwise it was a great experience. Awesome crew and good food.

Wonderful day out on the west coast of Barbados. Small number of people on Cat made it extra special. The food and Mount Gay rum was great. They helped beginner snorkelers. 5 stars to skipper and crew.

We had a wonderful day and the captain and crew were gracious and very helpful, particularly since we underestimated the time to travel there during heavy school and work traffic. Snorkeling was fun! I really appreciated Jamal’s help! I’m not a great swimmer and he made sure I was safe. The lunch was wonderful and snacks too! And the small group size was a real plus!!

The crew on the boat was wonderful. Great Food and drinks, the music were all brilliant. It was such a shame to be picked up at our villa by the most miserable person I have met here in Barbados. The drivers name was Jack. He grunted at me upon meeting him at our villa that I was late. It was 8:25am. Our scheduled pickup time was 8:30am. My 3 daughters and wife got in the shuttle on time. He upon arriving at the next passenger pick up location informed everyone we had slept in. Set a bad tone with the entire van. We arrived at the dock. We boarded the catamaran and then waited for 15 min for 4 other passengers. The catamaran then left right on time. Really no reason at all to put a damper on an experience that delivered…then unfortunately we had to leave the catamaran and get back in the shuttle with “ Good Old Happy Jack “. He grunted and muttered his way from stop to stop just being miserable and diss - respectful to all the passengers. Well at least it wasn’t just my family. Thanks Happy Jack. You got close to spoiling the experience but J.C and Mallie and the Captain were so awesome they put the experience right back on track. Would have been 5 stars if Jack wasn’t such a bummer.

My wife and I cannot recommend this to a highly enough. High-quality boat, high-quality staff, high-quality food and drink and plenty of it! It isn’t a party boat but the background music is good and the people we shared the experience with were amazing.. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful experience. We were transported from our cruise ship to the catamaran (which was very smart and modern) and were joined by another family. The team are knowledgeable and took us to great snorkelling spots, where we saw turtles, stingrays, puffer fish and a huge variety of fish. They were great with safety and had noodles for weaker swimmers, plus snorkel sets for those who don’t bring their own.
We felt really pampered with drinks and snacks regularly offered and a delicious lunch served.
You can sit in the shaded seating area at the back of the boat, or sit/lie in the sun on the front netting area watching the world go by… so relaxing!
This is a high quality excursion… luxurious and special. Don't expect blaring music or crowds, and with a maximum of twelve passengers it should be very relaxing!

This review consists of two parts. Firstly, the actual boat, crew and experience was first class. The trip is restricted to no more than 12 and is focused on the snorkeling / swimming – if you want a “party boat” where you just socialize and might not bother with going in the water, then Cool Runnings is for you. This is not to say there isn’t ample and good food and drink, just that is not the focus of the trip.
Our particular trip was hampered by the Elegance’s office management. The trip was booked through Violater (TripAdvisor) and the start time was stated as 9:30am. The location was listed as Cavans Lane. I researched car parking for Cavans Lane and when I asked if the Cavans Lane Car Park was the best location, I was told the location had moved to Wharf Road. I wonder quite when they were going to tell me this? Only by asking about car Parking for Wharf Road did I get an answer to precisely where on Wharf Road (by the Chefette) they would be.
Finally, they informed me to ready at the boat at 9:10am for the 9:30 departure. Strolling to the boat at 9:10am we were met by an agitated Captain who berated us for being late. When I mentioned it was 9:10am for 9:30am he said “we never leave at 9:30”. Onboard, the rest of the passengers were ready and waiting. I checked my phone and there was a voicemail message at 9:04 asking us where we are. As I let my calls go to voicemail for unknown callers, I did not see this at the time. They also called at 9:02 and 9:03 but did not leave a message.
So my recommendation is this is a great trip as long as you confirm the start time and location! We were misled and made out to the bad actors and we’re sorry that everyone else had to sit around waiting for us. The attached screenshots bear us out.

Loved the fact that this was a small group. Crew was attentive to safety. Boat was beautiful and crew was very attentive to our needs. Loved that we got to snorkel with turtles and by shipwrecks. The food and drinks were excellent! We also had time to swim! Enjoyed that we were not rushed and with a billion other people! Highly recommend!

Great experience. Owner of the ship is a 5 star and good was really good . The guys on the ship made sure we had plenty to drink . Lunch included Caribbean marinated chicken , mahi fish , island rice and nice salad options . Served tap water , wine, beer , rum pinch and sodas . Gave a 4 star because not enough seating on the outside for 12 people .
You have to sit on the sides . I guess we are accustom to catamarans that have cushioned seating on the top for more comfort . Did snorkeling . Saw a couple turtles and some
Fish and a large stingray . Over all I think it’s 4.5 star .

Seeing stingray and turtles. We are not swimmers but with the amazing help from CJ we were able to get into the water and see the turtles and stingray. I would definitely recommend this trip.

What a great time. The snorkeling was fine - busy with other tours and a small area, but we saw some turtles, sting rays and others around the shipwrecks. But the best part was after snorkeling, sailing up the coast to dock for lunch and another dip with the great people we met. Crew was awesome cap'n as well.
