Pickup from the hotel was on time. The staff at the marina were friendly and helpful. The submarine crew and support team were very friendly and professional. The equipment (submarine, support tender and transfer boat) were were all to notch and extremely well-maintained. The diving experience was first rate. The crew did a great job of explaining what we were looking at and providing background info on how and why the environment was evolving. I was hoping to see more nocturnal sea creatures once it was dark but I think that is never something you can completely count on. The whole experience is first rate and I would definitely recommend it.

Neat experience, but I wouldn't do it again. If you snorkel, you will see about same amount of fish.

Thank you for your review. The fish population cannot be controlled by us. It's a natural environment so we therefor have no control over what one will see while on the tour. Sorry your expectations weren't met at that time...Thanks for your patronage.

It was nice arriving to the office to check in , my driver was on time , the current was too strong so it was cancelled

Great tour once we actually got to do it. The guide forgot to get us until I called several times and she drive so erratic it was very unprofessional . It would have been better if they had called and say hey sorry she’s late . Nope we sat here over an hour until she came and rudely stated she didn’t realize it was my time for pick up . Makes no sense since it’s a night dive and we had the last dive appointment Be aware there’s extra Barbados fees paid at the gate and if you use their pickup you must pay additional to what you already paid for pick up
