The crew was friendly, helpful, hilarious, and always available. They really made sure everyone was having a great time. The drinks were strong and delicious, and the lunch buffet of Bajan cuisine was the best food I've had on a boat. One of the highlights of the whole experience! I also enjoyed the snorkeling stops we made, as well as the opportunity to just jump in the water and swim around during our long lunch stop at Paynes Bay Beach. I've been on several catamaran cruises and this, by far, tops them all!

Tour operator never showed up. Viator should not allow this company (Cool Runnings) to be associated with them! We waited an hour with many calls. They claim I never set pick up point but I have all the texts/emails as props I did!

Cool Runnings is great but Viator confirmed a booking that the local company owner wasn’t aware of! Therefore I paid for a catamaran as the end to an amazing holiday that was utterly ruined as it didn’t take place. All I need now is my refund in full after ruining my friend and my daughters last day in the island.

Our catamaran tour in Barbados was booked by a very nice gentleman over the phone. The company they booked with in Barbados changed our time from 9:30 AM till 2 PM and then canceled the 2 PM tour.

There was no experience. Viator cancelled the booking the day before the trip due to overbooking. The kids were very disappointed and we didn’t have enough time to arrange another trip. We are waiting for a refund. I hope this is processing without incident.
BR-1208156653. Please advise when the refund will arrive. Viator and the boat company need to ensure overbookings do not happen simply by picking up the phone.

Booked this trip days in advance. Location and pick up time were confirmed the day before. The day of I waited over 30 mins to be picked up, no one showed. I called them, she put me on hold to see where the driver was, came back to tell me the tour was full and they would not be picking me up?!! Absolute joke. They didn’t email, call or text to tell me this, so if I hadn’t called them who knows how long I would be waiting. Avoid and go else where

We had a fabulous time! All the guys on the tour were super friendly to everyone! The snorkeling was awesome and the crowd was fun and festive! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Do not book this. We got no confirmation of pickup time even after multiple messages, emails and calls to both sunisland routes and viator. It seems they are a 3rd party.
We paid almost €500 USD for 3 of us to go on this trip and no driver showed up.
We waited in reception for hours to be safe but they never came. I have been emailing and emailing and no answer or sign or a refund ever happening.
Visitor keep sending me emails saying we hope you enjoyed your trip, no trip happened.
Appalled by this and I expect this to be sorted by Viator ASAP.

This is a MUST BOOK tour! The vibes and energy between the crew and guests were on point. The music was great, the food was amazing as well as the deserts. It rained half of the time we were out at sea but that did not stop a thing.

Beware, I would NOT book through this company "Island Routes." The confirmed us on a Catamaran and Snorkeling Cruise 4 days in advance of the tour, but we never received a confirmation of the pick-up time. When I called to confirm pick-up time, they told me that they were waiting for the boat company to confirm everything. Apparently, "Island Routes" is a 3rd party, and they just try to be the middle man between the booking. We were supposed to leave for the boat tour at 9:30am, and at 8:30, I received an email that the boat operator could not accommodate us. Obviously, my family was very disappointed and the kids cried.

From pick up to drop off, we had a great time. The staff was lovely, the food was good, and the views were amazing.
Do not book unless you are on a cruise ship. Do not expect this company to take your call, refund your money or even speak with you. Stay away

We needed our boat name for pick up which no one could find on our confirmation materials or e ticket- resulting in delays and confusion. Once there the trip was exceptional- fabulous fun crew and lunch was lovely!

All communication was good before the trip and one the day the transport, tickets and getting on board could not have been smoother. The crew were first rate and the Drinks flowed all day. The lunch buffet was also very good.

The Captain and crew were fun and welcoming. All the snorkeling equipment was well maintained. The only downside to the tour was that all the snorkel sites were overcrowded, 3 other catamarans and a number of smaller snorkel tour boats (Carlisle Bay). Easy to get detached from your group when there’s 150 other people diving the same wrecks. However; the crew of Cool Runnings III did a great job picking up stragglers. Never felt unsafe at any time. I would definitely recommend this excursion to others visiting Barbados.
