Alex was our tour guide. He was very charming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk around Banff, learning a lot about its history, and about the present day town. Lots of photo opportunities and Alex was more than happy to act as photographer. The tour also included a hot or cold drink and a delicious treat. I 100% recommend this tour.
