It was a good trip, on time and driver was good. There was no guide on trip and we were rellying on AI, i would have expected a proper guide and not machine learning.

Charles was the perfect guide for our day trip from Calgary to Banff! He even arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time just to make sure everything would run smoothly, so professional and thoughtful🥰 He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and a great driver, he made the whole experience stress-free. We explored breathtaking spots like Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, Vermilion Lakes, Banff Avenue, Surprise Corner, Bow Falls, and Lake Minnewanka. He was incredibly helpful, sharing tons of interesting information not just about the places we visited, but also about other cities in Canada. We saw beautiful sites without the stress of driving ourselves. Johnston Canyon, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake were our favourite spots.
