We were very lucky and had a private tour! Ozzy was amazing, attentive and patient. Go careful with the tour though as the time and then the name changed. We were worried but we did see wildlife which was the intention of the tour. Ozzy was very knowledgeable and kind, giving us facts and personal experiences.

Johnson Canyon was just ok. It was too busy with people who wouldn’t move off the bridge in front of the falls and we couldn’t get into the caves because of that. The rest of the tour was pretty good but after going on a tour the next day with another tour operator, we could see such a big difference in the quality of the tour!

Ken is a great tour guide who give amazing introductions and take good pictures, we are very lucky to see a lot of bighorn sheep’s.

Ozzy, our driver/guide was pleasant and enthusiastic. We did briefly see a black bear, saw an elk, raven and ground squirrels. Ozzy also took us to view several other nice Banff tourist locations.
I do think the tour description should be more detailed as it relates to the actual per-person price as well as you will likely take the tour with a full van of 12-14 people, not just your booked party. I do feel the price was too high for a tour of this nature.

At $79 per person, it's rare to find a guided experience—especially one that includes multiple stops and the chance to see wildlife—for this value. Private tours in this region typically start well above this price point.

It was a very good experience. Our tour guide was exceptional and though we did not see bears, we got to see a lot of animals and views. Highly recommend it. It was a smaller shuttle so that made it easier to hop on and off
