The tour did not start...

The tour did not start off well. The sliding door of the van wouldn’t open and there was six of us stuck. The driver/guide Neil had to phone their office to get help. We finally got out and into another van. The replacement van had trouble starting after every stop but he got it going every time so we managed to finish the tour

We also appreciate your patience while he managed the starting issue during the stops and ensured everyone was able to complete the experience.
