My daughter and I had a fantastic time! James, our guide, was so friendly and knowledgeable and made our ride very enjoyable. The views were incredible - it was impossible to have a bad view during our ride. Highly recommend this tour!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about this bike tour. My friend and I turned out to be the only people on the tour, which made it a private tour! Rode comfortable electric bikes from lake to lake from view point to view point. We actually saw a mother bear and her three cub and a herd of elk. Our guide was very friendly and informative and made the ride a lot of fun. I believe our guides name was Emily asked for her if possible she was awesome.
Hannah was a wonderful guide! Even though the trip started out cloudy, she took us to some amazing lookouts. And luckily it cleared out at the end! Such a cool way to see all the lakes around banff!
Bryor was a trouper! It was raining and we decided to go out anyway and we got a personal tour from her! It was awesome!
This was an amazing trip and so much more than we had expected. The E-bikes were easy to use and allowed us to cover more ground than we would’ve been able to on a regular bike. The guides (Beth &Liv) were friendly and relaxed, the scenery amazing and we were even fortunate enough to encounter elk. The trip lasted 4.5 hrs, so some level of general fitness required.
Great way to spend a couple of hours outdoors learning about the area. E-bikes were awesome on the hills and Hannah was a great guide!
This e-bike tour was so much fun! We saw so many great parts of Banff and will never forget this experience! We highly recommend Hannah! She was so informative, helpful, and fun! A joy to hang out with for the morning! Thanks for s great family memory!

I had a fantastic experience on the Lakefront Tour! It was the perfect balance—not too challenging, but still active and enjoyable. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared so much interesting information about the area and its wildlife, which made the experience even more memorable.
The highlight of the tour was seeing a young black bear peacefully roaming through the woods. It was such an incredible and unforgettable moment. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and well-guided adventure!
There were 6 of us in the group and Hannah did an amazing job of keeping us all together and making the e-bike tour exciting, fun and memorable. When I booked this tour I was not expecting to travel such a distance but never feeling like we were riding so far. Hannah took us to view many wonderful sites around the area. She was great and the 4 of us friends had a wonderful time!!
This activity was the favorite of our whole trip. Our guide, Emily, was so pleasant, and informative. We loved being so close to nature and the freedom we felt. The rides downhill were exhilarating plus the ebikes made the long journey a breeze. Highly recommend!!!
The E-bike was easier to work than I expected with zero experience besides biking as a child. We had taken a shuttle bus to some of the main attractions the day before but the experience was taken to a whole other level doing it via e-bike! Our guide Dillon was phenomenal, truly made the experience super Pleasant! He was extremely thoughtful and took use via routes I would not have known about as a tourist. Best part of our trip!

Really great e bike tour of the surrounding hills and lakes of Banff. Kendra was our guide and did a great job. Many stops along the way to admire the natural beauty and some wildlife.
We enjoyed the ride despite the cloudy day! It is every bit of a four hour trip, but broken up well! Our guide, Emily, was really great and made the trip very enjoyable the whole way.

It was a fun, fabulous experience. I hadnt used an e-bike before but once I grasped it the adventure was a go. Uphills were overcome and loved the experience. Our tour guide Ken was warm, knowledgeable and a delight to be with. The weather held making it a plus for the 4 hr cycle and sight seeing. Thank you
You get a chance to see multiple lakes and Banff scenery while riding a bike. A great way to see more of Banff and enjoy the beautiful weather.
Our guide Nick took my wife and I along with another couple on a fantastic 24 mile e-bike ride throughout banff. We saw a number of lakes, waterfalls, meadows, mountain ranges, etc. Nick was very knowledgeable about the area and shared interesting facts with us. The trip lasted 4 hours and was not rushed at all. The e-bikes worked incredibly well so you could get as little or as much exercise as you would like. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Banff!
Beautiful way to see the area, nice to stop at certain spots to enjoy refreshments and take breaks if you’re not use to riding. The guide is informative and doesn’t make you feel rushed. If you’re not use to riding on a bike, the seat can be a little uncomfortable because you are riding for 3 hours! Had a very relaxing time and can really appreciate nature around you!!
They should know how to use grip shift and electrical speed controls before going out. John was a great tour guide who knew the history and area very well.

This experience was amazing. We would’ve never gotten to see all the places that the tour guide took us. He was very informative and it was very fun. It also started to sprinkle a little bit and he had actually prepared with rain jackets for us, which was super helpful.. highly recommend, especially if you do not love being around all the crowds. This was a perfect afternoon.
Amazing experience on this e-bike tour. You cover around 20 miles in 3-4 hours but it feels like nothing.
