No tickets are included in this tour and caused a lot anxiety. Thanks to Sunny for being helpful and obtaining entrance tickets for both locations. Caverns with glowing worms not impressive since limited lighting down the steps hard for older individuals and was only a 15 minute at most boat rideā¦

The entrance tickets to these places are not included in the tour price. Sunny, our guide did contact us in advance and was able to secure our tickets to one of the two tours. Although the second tour was not available, Sunny was able to provide another attraction that was just as great. Great tour!

Sunny went above and beyond to make our experience great!! We had some plane delays and he managed to get us last second tickets for Hobbiton even though it said sold out online for that day:) He was a great driver, very kind, and had a comfortable and clean car. It was a private tour so we didn't feel rushed at any place and could take breaks for stretching our legs or the bathroom. I highly recommend booking with him it was such a wonderful day!

This was an amazing adventure with Sunny (our driver). We were on time to both places and when time allowed Sunny took us to see some off the beaten path gems! He also found us last minute tickets when ours were cancelled by another company!! I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. My partner and I had an excellent day visiting the glow worm caves and Hobbiton. Both activities were certainly enjoyable. Our driver Sunny was amazing. I had trouble securing tickets so Sunny arranged them for us! Also he suggested going early to Hobbiton to see if we could get an earlier tour which worked in our favour. If youāre looking for a private tour, Iād recommend Sunny.

For this tour, tickets for both sites were not available upon arrival. Informing a tourist of this needs to be more prominent and links for purchases to attractions provided on tour site.

We were able to visit the Waitomo caves and Hobbiton on the same day. Our guide, Sunny, was able to get tickets for Hobbiton, so that was a surprise as I wasn't able to purchase them myself online. He picked us on time at the Auckland cruise terminal and delivered us safely and timely before the ship's embarkation deadline. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the car was small for a party of 4 like ours. Even though we are pretty skinny people, the 3 folks in the back seat didnt feel very comfortable for a ride that lasted about 7 hours in total.

Sunny, the tour guide, was just amazing. When we booked the tour, both Hobbiton and the Waitomo Caves were sold out. We informed Sunny of this and asked if he could help (we had about 3-4 weeks before our arrival). To my amazement, Sunny as able to secure 4 Hobbiton tickets and, soon after that, 4 Waitomo tickets and totally saved our day!!
Then, due to issues with our flights we ended up missing a day in Auckland and were set to arrive the morning of our tour. Sunny was extremely flexible and helpful (and communicated with us constantly) and was able to help arrange transport to our hotel so we could drop off our bags at the front desk and then immediately hit the road to the caves (we landed at 6am and had to be on the road by 7:30am to stay on schedule). We got to the caves with time to spare and made both tours with no issues.
Sunny was great and helped us fulfill a bucket list trip that we otherwise would have missed. I canāt recommend him enough!!

Sonny was excellent and he was somehow able to get last minute tickets for us. We loved both the caves and Hobbiton, both are truly things not to miss if visiting. Sonny was such a great host and driver and accommodated everything so nicely and communications before and during was outstanding. Definitely 5 stars!

We had the best time with Sunny! He is just a terrific guide and so, so helpful! I made the mistake of not catching that we needed to book the tickets for Hobbiton ourselves, and by the time I became aware of my mistake, it was booked solid and things seemed grim. But Sunny pulled of some magic and managed to get all four of us tickets and saved the day. The sights are magical. The glow worms are amazing and Hobbiton lived up to all expectations and more. Between the two, Sunny recommend and took us to the spectacular Blue Ridge for more amazing views. If you're looking for a guide to take you around, you can't go wrong with Sunny.

I had an amazing experience visiting Hobbiton and the Waitomo Glowworm Caves. The journey was smooth, well-organised, and our guide made everything even more enjoyable with clear explanations and even bought the tickets for us as we couldn't get it online due to mass demand. He had a check on the availability on the tickets for hobbiton and bought it the same day for us! Hobbiton felt magical ā walking through the Shire, seeing the colourful hobbit houses, and learning how the movies were made was unforgettable. The views were stunning and every spot felt like a scene from the films.
Waitomo was a completely different but equally incredible experience. The glowworms were beautiful, and the boat ride in the dark was peaceful and surreal. Overall, the tour was perfectly balanced, comfortable, and full of great memories. I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting New Zealand!

Very good experience in this tour. Sunny is an excellent driver. His good driving skill gave us a safety trip to Hobbiton and Waitomo as it is a long distance to the attraction from the city centre Auckland. He also help us to book the tickets by mobile apps. We like Auckland very much.

Sunny was very patient and punctual. He will take you to whichever attraction first and make any stops you want along the way.
Make sure you book tickets to both attractions beforehand so they donāt fill up. My partner and I booked our tickets while in the car with Sunnyās help and everything worked out perfectly but we definitely got lucky.

New Zealand is gorgeous. Sandeep was an excellent guide. He gave us snacks and had water for all of us. Very friendly, helpful and he was forthcoming with a lot of local information. He even dropped us off at a local restaurant when we requested it. Good conversationalist. You have to buy your own tickets for the actual activities.
