The journal was really good. You have to be at the hour but they wait a little. They speak about a little of Auckland's history
My friend and I recently took the two hour sunset tour and it was absolutely fantastic! the pace was perfect allowing plenty of time for us to enjoy the breath-taking views.
Our host was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about all the sites which added so much value to the tour!

The boat was fine. Plenty of parking at the wharf. Staff very good. The downside for our trip was the weather. Very cold and windy.

The experience was amazing, but being overcharged and then not getting assistance is disgusting
Dealing with a third party booking is terrible and unfriendly

It was great even though wet. The crew was fantastic & very knowledgable. My son even though nervous at first enjoyed the trip thoroughly.

Amazing experience, the 4.30 cruise was perfect for sunset, the trip back as the city lights became bright was perfect.

There was sailing in the dark with no explanation at all. They wrote will be a guid but there wasn’t. Instead of watching the skyline we were sailing in the dark.

Boat is old but runs OK. Seems safe. Operator waited too long for late arrivals. Inconvenience to 50 people to accommodate a few late arrivals. Damage to boat trying to dock after dark. Not much narrative about Auckland. Your money could be used better elsewhere

Regarding the docking after dark, we’d just like to clarify that the vessel was not damaged. Our crew are experienced in operating and docking the boat safely in a range of conditions.
We understand that waiting for late arrivals can be frustrating for guests who are ready to depart on time. Occasionally our crew allow a short grace period to avoid guests missing the trip entirely due to traffic or transport delays, but we appreciate that this can inconvenience others and we’ll take your feedback on board.
We’re also sorry to hear the commentary about Auckland didn’t feel as informative as you expected. Guest feedback is really helpful for us as we continue improving the experience.

Underwhelming. Boat is old, tired, loud, with diesel fumes abundant. Zero commentary. That said, the natural beauty of the harbor are spectacular! simply gorgeous sunset.

It’s ok of an experience but not WOW. Old boat that moves very slow. I’d have rather gone on a tour of piha beach
