Boat is old but runs OK....

Boat is old but runs OK. Seems safe. Operator waited too long for late arrivals. Inconvenience to 50 people to accommodate a few late arrivals. Damage to boat trying to dock after dark. Not much narrative about Auckland. Your money could be used better elsewhere

Our vessels are regularly maintained and safety is always our top priority. Regarding the docking after dark, we’d just like to clarify that the vessel was not damaged. Our crew are experienced in operating and docking the boat safely in a range of conditions. We understand that waiting for late arrivals can be frustrating for guests who are ready to depart on time. Occasionally our crew allow a short grace period to avoid guests missing the trip entirely due to traffic or transport delays, but we appreciate that this can inconvenience others and we’ll take your feedback on board. We’re also sorry to hear the commentary about Auckland didn’t feel as informative as you expected. Guest feedback is really helpful for us as we continue improving the experience. Underwhelming. Boat is old, tired, loud, with diesel fumes abundant. Zero commentary. That said, the natural beauty of the harbor are spectacular! simply gorgeous sunset.
