Costa was very knowledgeable and personable. He got us to our destination safely, all be it drivers in Athens scared me. My only suggestion would be to make it clear on how to communicate via phone, chat, email. I did not know what the "What's Up" App was and if our driver had not called my cell number I provided we may have missed each other.

We had to wait a bit (reason for 4 star) as our plane was early and the original driver did not know of this early arrival. It is advertised that they keep watch on arrival times. He found someone closer than he was and got him there in a reasonable amount of time. Our driver was awesome. He did not speak much English but had a translation app and we had alot of fun with that. It was a great ride.

Easy way to be assured pick on time. Driver called while we were getting our luggage. He told us exactly where to go and when we got to the pick up spot - we called him and within 3 minutes he was there. He also had cold bottled water for us. He took a short cut to avoid city rush hour traffic and we arrived at our hotel quickly.

I travel around the World for pleasure and curiosity. I usually hire a professional driver for transport from airport to hotel and vice versa in advance in large cities like London, Tokyo, New York City, Mexico City, New Orleans and such. Normally I have a well dressed person holding a sign with my name on it inside the airport, who then takes my luggage to a luxury vehicle and drives me to my destination. Not this time. In Athens Greece, I was told to stand outside in the heat. The driver eventually found me. He was well dressed and handsome, but then the real experience began. He ushered us into a common yellow taxi, drove aggressively and dangerously into Athens. He was loud, bossy and his demeanor was not professional. He scared us with his high speed chase into town, tailgating the cars ahead and honking to get them to move out of his was. This was not luxury, but more of a nightmare. With sound mind, I cannot truthfully recommend this company to anyone. I use Viator extensively around the World for my adventures, and they let me down this time. They need to revisit this particular company to see if they deserve to be on their platform.

Alex was a great driver, met us on time, communicated clearly for pickup and drop-off at the hotel. He even stopped to get us cold waters on the way from the airport. I would definitely use this service again when in Athens.

We had a hassle-free transfer from Athens airport to our central Athens accommodation. The driver’s (Vasily) first words to us were ‘welcome to Athens’ which was a great welcome. Prior to the transfer pickup, he communicated well via What’s App, and waited when our flight arrival was slightly delayed. The car was very clean and he was an excellent driver.

Driver was great! We came into the airport with his sign and then brought us out of the airport and helped with luggage. He was knowledgeable of what to do ect in town. Got us to the hotel safely and recommended a really good lunch place right by the hotel!

We had a 30 minute delay arriving in Athens which I communicated with the company. They were very understanding. We were nervous when the driver was not there when we arrived at the pickup point. The second time my husband walked the line of drivers waiting for their guests, he walked through the door. He was very kind and assisted us with our luggage.
The car was very clean and he had water for us in the car.

This was so nice to have a driver right there after a very long flight to a country I've never been to. He made me feel very comfortable, answered my many questions and provided me with water and a map . He even marked the map to make it easy to see as much as possible. He also proved safety information which I was grateful for a single woman

Driver was there waiting as we exited baggage claim. Drive from airport to our hotel was comfortable and the vehicle clean and well maintained. Our driver was informative, describing the areas we were passing through and suggesting things we should see and do during our stay in Athens. He even stopped and drew on a map his suggestions on where to go and, more importantly, where NOT to go. Overall a very good experience.

The drive was waiting for us when we came out of baggage claim at the airport. He helped us with our luggage and delivered us to our hotel with any problems. We felt safe and comfortable as he navigated through local traffic.

Met us on arrival outside baggage claim promptly, as promised. We had a short walk to a clean van parked outside nearby. Angelos was a friendly driver who gave us a few tips about Athens & delivered us safely to our hotel doorstep without a fuss. We were also able to book our return trip to the airport with the same company on request.
