Unprofessional service by the staff on the Nile River Cruise trip

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with your team. While I appreciate the opportunity to take part in the activities, I did encounter a few challenges I believe are important to bring to your attention. During the excursion, I noticed staff members speaking about guests in Arabic while in their presence, knowing that we could not understand. When I raised this concern, I was informed it was simply because their colleagues did not understand English. I explained that this came across as unprofessional, and I understand that management addressed the issue with the staff. I appreciate that step, but I do hope further training can help ensure guests feel fully respected and included in future experiences. In addition, my group had booked and paid for a hot air balloon ride, which unfortunately was canceled due to wind conditions. While I understand that safety must always come first, I would like to request information on how we can be reimbursed for the balloon ride that did not take place.

This was a well rounded trip. the boat was way better then expected and very clean. but the beat thing was the guide King Mina, he has studied and knows alot. I wished it was longer, not because there wasn't enough time, no its because it was way to fun to finish.♥️♥️

My sister and I traveled by ourselves and we felt completely safe. The guide Michael was excellent and I could tell that he really enjoyed his work. He was always pleasant and patient with the entire group. He welcomed questions, kept us on schedule, and made sure we were will taken care of and safe. My favorite part was cruising down the Nile. It was so peaceful and tropical. Food was adequate with breakfast being my favorite with an omelette bar. Food was often not hot however and you have to pay for all drinks, to include water, on the boat. The boat was adequate but room thermostat could not be adjusted (or was malfunctioning). It was very very cold or we had to turn it off. Nile cruises are all priced differently (some including all the entrance fees, tips, drinks, etc). If you select the option to not have entrance fees included you still have to pay that when you go on the tours so there isn't much of a cost savings unless you do not attend the tours- we didn't realize this when trying to choose a tour. Another consideration when budgeting for your trip, we tipped the crew separately as well as Micheal. Overall we had a really pleasant experience and would absolutely do it again!

Amazing Adventure

This was an Amazing chance to see so much in the short time we had. 100% recommend for those on a budget. I was concerned about an organised trip especially when we arrived and we had a talk about enternce fees and extra cost but I had researched and found the pricing to be fair and actually took the worry out of who to tip and when, so we could relax and enjoy. Our guilde Khalid was so helpfulfull and Knowledgeable willing to answer your questions and would ask the group how much free time they wanted after he explained the temples. He would exchange money for you help you with prices and always fairly The crew where organised and the food tasted great they gave you plenty, but be careful it is a rich indulgence and you may pay for that. I suggest eating lots for banana's I was asked to review before the trip was done which I decided not to do as wanted to be honest and full in my review, there was nothing to worry about we where taken care of till the end The ship was so clean and just what we needed it is a little worn but nothing is to much for them so make your stay comfortable just ask and they will help I would advise if you have time and money stay longer as doing all in 4 days is exhausting but you simply can't miss anything do all the extra trips they are worth being tired for.

Die Reise war sehr schön aber oft auch anstrengend. So mussten wir oft mit dem Kleinbuss weit fahren. Aber wir hatten einen super Guide der uns alles einfacher machte.
