The tour is good. It can be hectic so choose your activities carefully. The food was very poor and extremely bland.

Very enjoyable trip with our best tour guide KING Mina! The room on the cruise has a good condition, the foods are pretty good. Especially, KING Mina has provided us a lot of interesting egyptian history story and recommended good spots of taking photos. Would like to join the magical trip again!

Our guider was Talaat Abdo. He was an incredible guider and helper, I couldn't feel more safe, he was always taking care of the crew and making sure everyone was following him well. He is clearly very skilled, showing expertise in the history of Egypt and making each touristic site more meaningful. His good humor made every moment fun! The guy knows how to crack a good joke! The cruise was nice, good food, nice accommodations, and very kind clerks. The SPA area have good massage, but the place itself is a little old. It would be nice to renew the place. The massage was good, and made my time in the cruise more relaxing.

The cruise started from Aswan. The first day we checked in the cruise ship and after that we visited the high dam and philae temple. Philae temple was 5/5, high dam not really worth visiting. Next day we visited Abu Simbel (5/5) and then the cruise ship departed. We arrived in Kom ombo (night tour, very beautiful) and slept on board. Next morning we visited edfu temple(very beautiful also) and then sailed to Luxor through Esna lock. At late afternoon we arrived at Luxor and had a night tour at Luxor temple! Next day we visited west side of Luxor and in the afternoon we were dropped off to our hotels! The cruise ship (m/s renaissance) was very nice with excellent service, clean rooms and delicious food buffet. Our guide KHALDED EL SAADI was very nice and explained us everything about Egyptian history and temples and did his best to make us happy! The only disadvantage is that as all the cruise ships do the same programs at the same time, so all the temples are super crowded for one hour when all the tourists from the cruise ships visit them and then they are super empty. Overall I would rate the experience as a 5star especially if you need to be stress free and enjoy some free time on board drinking tea or juice and also visit all the historical places.

The cruise makes seeing all the highlights of Egypt easy! Our tour guide Khaled made sure we were always taken care of and gave amazing tours (he is a professional egyptologist!)
Be ready for some early mornings and action packed days. However everything extra is paid in cash - make sure to bring plenty and budget accordingly or you will be scrambling for an ATM on the last day.

Not much to appreciate on this trip - except for meeting really nice fellow travelers.
Boat - old; needs updating. Air conditioning adequate. Ad on this tour advertised you would get a room on the upper deck. They gave me a room on the bottom deck. I had a continuous leak from the ceiling - they promised me 3 times they would fix it - what they did was to wipe it up 3 times. Finally just said to put towels on the floors to soak it up. Had to wear ear plugs to sleep so i wouldn't hear the drip drip drip all night. Food was fair. Charged for all drinks with meals. Did not let me bring my own water or soft drinks to dinner.
Your tour really is dependent on the guide that they assign you . I had a nightmare tour guide. Accent difficult to understand. He was so lazy. At multiple sites, he would give his spiel about the site and everything inside - after finishing, he told us to go inside by ourselves and meet him at the cafe etc. Every other group i saw had their tour guides accompany them into the site. How are we supposed to remember everything he says before going in? He was pushing everyone to take additional tours - light and music show/hot air balloon flights/ abu simbel etc. When some of the tourists declined, he was visibly angry. He obviously made a cut from the tours (he overcharged abu simbel $90 etc. He smoked like a chimney throughout the entire trip. I was so angry at his itinerary. We almost missed half of the west bank due to laziness (he lived in luxor, and did not arrive at the boat to take us to the sites in a timely fashion). We wasted the entire 3rd day - finally ended up at Luxor temple in the evening - how are you supposed to appreciate it in the dark?!!! can you believe we had to force him to take us to Valley of the kings, temple of hatshepshut, AND Karnak on the LAST DAY!! to squeeze all that in the morning was ridiculous. Can you believe he had the nerve to ask us to give him a REVIEW on tripadvisor/viator on the SECOND day of this tour. Unbelievable. I'm seriously thinking about asking for my money back. It was all about tips for this tour.

We wish if we could thank you for talking the time to review our tours but we won't do it this time because you review full of dishonest stuff as the following :
1- We changed the whole boat upon your request and the new boat doesn't have any lower deck room at all , Check online
2- Your real problem that you had to pay for your drinks and the WIFI to finish your work all time , it is written clearly that they are not included ( we know if we paid for them we would avoid this review but we are happy we didn't )
3- Private tour to Abu Simbel for 90 USD is not expensive , Check online
4- We have been working in this industry and we know that we can't satify everyone whatever we do BUT we know at least which type of guest we shouldn't require a review as we know for the first moment the trouble makers one
5- Avoid writing the details like changing the Nile Cruise from the first moment and changing the schedule and make the tour private for you shows that you only mention what you want to prove your point of view not what exactly happened
6- it is good sometimes to receive a bad review to confirm all the good reviews you have

Dobrze moi drodzy gotowi na ocenę?
Zazwyczaj nie bawię się w komentarze, ale tym razem niestety organizator bardzo się o to postarał.
1. Jedną gwiazdkę daje tylko i wyłącznie za przewodnika, który rzeczywiście zrobił dobrą robotę. Przygotowanie merytoryczne na wysokim poziomie szkole przewodnickie też jak najbardziej.
2. Jeśli zastanawiacie się czy wydać te 100 USD więcej na inny statek, to zróbcie to! W naszej kajucie nie dało się kompletnie spać. Ciągle pracujący silnik, drżące ściany, po prostu dramat. Nie pomagały nawet stopery. W momencie gdzie codziennie wstajesz bardzo wcześnie, kompletnie bez snu, to Twoje wakacje zamieniają się w walkę o przetrwanie. Tak próbowaliśmy zmieniać pokój, tak pytaliśmy na recepcji i naszego guide, ale każdy nas olał, łącznie z organizatorem na samym końcu.
3. Lot balonem - nie bierzcie tego w opcji. Lepiej kupić bez i wtedy przez viator u innej firmy. Dlaczego? Dlatego, że organizator w trakcie karze dopłacić Ci 50 USD od osoby dodatkowo. Jeszcze pół biedy jakby te dodatkowe 50 USD dawałyby możliwość lotu o wschodzie słońca, ale nie! Wylatyjesz ostatni, gdzie na niebie już są resztki balonów. Także nie kupujcie u nich tej atrakcji! Zróbcie to osobno u innej firmy. Koszt ten sam lub niższy , a macie gwarancje fajnego wspomnienia w odróżnieniu od tego co daje ten organizator.
4. Jedzenie - całkiem spoko, ale rozwolnienie mimo wszystko gwarantowane.

No dobrze, nasi goście, gotowi na prostą odpowiedź? Wybieramy wycieczkę grupową i już pierwszego dnia wszystko jest jasne, nasz przewodnik potwierdził wszystkie szczegóły wycieczki, a każdy gość ma możliwość anulowania wycieczki, jeśli od początku nie będzie zadowolony z doświadczenia, z pełnym zwrotem kosztów. Jeśli macie problem, dlaczego nie zgodziliście się na anulowanie i otrzymanie pełnego zwrotu kosztów? Po prostu wiecie, że otrzymaliście więcej, niż zapłaciliście. Pozdrawiam serdecznie.

El crucero por el Nilo fue, en general, una experiencia muy recomendable. El barco estaba en perfectas condiciones y la comida fue abundante, variada y de buena calidad. El guía, aunque sus explicaciones durante las visitas fueron bastante justas y podrían haberse ampliado para enriquecer más la parte cultural, fue atento y nos ayudó con la organización general del viaje. En especial, agradecimos su apoyo cuando sufrimos un retraso con el vuelo, ya que se encargó de gestionar la situación y facilitarnos las cosas.
Como aspecto negativo, nos sorprendió que al iniciar el crucero se nos pidiera un pago anticipado de 25 dólares por persona en concepto de propinas. Consideramos que este tipo de pagos deberían estar vinculados a la calidad del servicio recibido y no exigirse por adelantado, ya que pierde el sentido.
También nos pareció algo incómodo el hecho de que se insistiera bastante en que dejáramos una reseña antes de finalizar el viaje, lo cual generó cierta presión en un momento que debería ser espontáneo.

La nava era bella e pulita , tutte le mattine il personale di servizio dopo aver pulito la camera creava delle decorazioni con gli asciugamani sul letto ( un giorno abbiamo trovato un coccodrillo).
Il cibo era vario , e di qualità intermedia, il personale della sala da pranzo molto cordiale . Unica pecca troppe sedie ai tavoli che rendono scomodo alzarsi e sedersi , da rivedere assolutamente.
Da migliorare le Comunicazioni in quanto la nave era costantemente in ritardo sulla tabella di marcia.
Siamo stati fortunati perché siamo stati parte di un piccolo gruppo (10 persone ) assegnate a una guida eccezionale per i primi 3 giorni (mustafa) , il quale ci ha spiegato tutto in italiano oltre a portaci a spasso per le città anche la sera dopo le visite programmate. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo avuto un'altra guida , sempre molto disponibile ma un po meno organizzata e con un livello di inglese non eccelso.
Unica pecca della Crociera fatta dal 26-30 dicembre é stata la temperatura ( 23 gradi di giorno e 10 di sera e mattina) , scordatevi il costume e portate qualche maglione in più.
La nave era provvista di piscina con acqua non riscaldata e quindi non é stato possibile fare il bagno.
Dicembre é ideale per visitare templi e piramidi ma forse un pó freschino per la crociera
