my tour was with a Spanish speaking guide and when we arrived there was an English one. In my booking say the entrance fees 255 EGP per person and I was charged 7,515 EGP per person, WHY!!!!!, please I want a refund.

Dear Mr. Jorge, We regret the language used in the guide. However, considering your nationality ( American ), we assumed English would be suitable. Nevertheless, we have issued a $5 refund to compensate for the difference between an English-speaking and Spanish-speaking guide. Please note that entrance fees are not included in the excursion. I am not aware of any charges of 7.515 EGP/person. I believe you may be mistaken, as the excursion itself with a private guide does not cost this amount. The entrance fee to the temple is 600 EGP/person and is paid by credit card at the ticket office.

Fantastic trip from Aswan to Abu Simbel

Our driver was very professional. We had stops for drinks and a comfort break both ways, and he gave us plenty of time to explore the temples at Abu Simbel and take lots of photos. The car was modern, had air con, and we felt very safe and comfortable throughout the trip.
