I was notified by the tour operator 1 day prior that the tour would be "unavailable" and so it was cancelled; I had to scramble to book another one as my timelines for arrival to Aswan were too tight to be able to do coordinate an alternative upon arrival. Then in the same cancellation message I was promised that a refund would be made, but I just returned from my vacation 17 days later and still no refund; the app indicates this tour was completed. I have reached out to tour operator to demand a refund; if I don't see it within a few days I will file for the refund through Viator. Book at your own risk; this was my experience with this particular tour operator.
