The Coordination was a disaster, we miss one trip (Kom ombo) because no guide appear, the ship was worse as we expected, one guide was in english and we book Spanish, when we arrive at Abu Simbel the driver told us that we didnt have the guide include, the time to visit the temples is ridículus…

Nile river cruise thur fayrouz

It was a great cruise, we were placed in TI-yi cruise, staff was tremendously helpful. Cruise is little older but still had good time. We booked thru fayrouz travel agency and they were always available via whatsapp. I would recommed booking your tours thru fayrouz travel agency from nile river cruise, guided tours or even privatetransfer to different cities.

We (me and my adult son) were so excited about this part of our Egypt journey and it turned into a nightmare! Keep in mind that there are many different price points for similar cruises. I like many, assumed that choosing the most expensive would equal the best boat and experience. I was wrong! It began when we pulled up to a boat that looked very very worn. When checking in they said they had a reservation in my name but it was for a single room and there were no rooms with 2 beds left on the boat. We waited many hours. I began communicating with Viator and they in turn had the 3rd party representative that they used contact me. So then we spent hours hopping from boat to boat each worse than the previous. We were not offered any of the nicer newer boats and although I thought I had purchased a room with a balcony there were none with that option. There were no available cabins that could host my son and I. The original boat was our only option. They moved an employee out of his cabin for us. The room was directly over the engine and had not been updated like the others. When we woke in the morning we were both suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning (my son is an MD). They were able to move us to a different room (maybe someone else got off?). Then we were told that our itinerary would NOT be what we had purchased and planned on. It was an entirely different cruise only beginning and ending in the same places. All of the staff on board were wonderful. The food was good. We did not get to see places that we had looked forward to. Throughout this time I was communicating with Viator. They did not resolve this in any way. They were not supportive and did not compensate me in any way either. I truly do not recommend this to anyone! P.S. The balloon ride was cancelled. We only received a $25 credit back for that.

Best way to discover Egypt

We had a really amazing time on this cruise trip. Everything was well organized, we learned a lot from our tour guides while visiting the historic sites. There's a lot to see, because of this we found it better to visit the sights in Luxor in two days, instead of just one, this way we also had the time to discover the city itself. At on point of our travel something went off the plan but thanks to the people working at the organizer company in Luxor everything was solved, they truly tried their best to ensure that we have unforgettable experience in Egypt. I can highly recommend this trip to anyone!

El crucero ha estado genial, merece la pena 100%. Las instalaciones eran modernas, muy bien cuidadas y limpias. La comida del buffet era muy variada y estaba muy rica. Lo mejor de todo el crucero fue el personal, atento en todo momento y muy simpáticos. Además, el barco tenía varias zonas comunes: piscina, lounge bar, billar,etc. En cuanto a las excursiones fueron todas geniales pero destacar especialmente a nuestro guía Mahmud en el templo de Edfu, nos encantaron sus explicaciones y su amabilidad. La comunicación con la compañía que organizó todo fue también buena, contestaban vía whatsapp a cualquier duda de forma rápida.
