We were really excited for this experience but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend nor would I ever do it again. They were 45 minutes late and then told me I had the wrong pick up location even though my confirmation email said we’d be picked to at the resort. Then they weren’t going to give us any extra time even though it was their mistake. The woman I was told to contact was no help at all or apologetic. At pick up they were not on time again and had us waiting for 20 minutes before they allowed us to leave keys in the vehicle. The utv we were given was very old and difficult to drive, it took several minutes before being able to get it in park and the engine kept backfiring. Probably best to do a tour with a group, but really wouldn’t recommend booking through this company.

My family really enjoyed this experience! We got to see the California lighthouse, the donkey, sanctuary, and experienced the beautiful landscape of Aruba with a front row seat.

Was easy book, easy drop off and pick up. Would recommend for anyone. We’ve done the tours before and just wanted to do our own this this time. If it’s your 1st time on the island I would recommend a tour guides tour.

UTV Rental

We rented the UTV at cruise stop. The UTV was in good condition and we ended up having a great time overall. My biggest complaint was how unorganized the company was. We were told an exact meeting point and time to meet them. We waiting 40 min for anyone to arrive and spent that time looking for them. They were not where they told us they would be and they were 40 min late which was frustrating to say the least. We contacted the lady who sent us the verification who kept telling us the person delivering our UTVs were at the meeting place but they weren’t. We had to find them in a back parking lot type area. We even found other staff through around Aruba tours to ask what we were supposed to do. I would say that the majority of the staff members were very nice but overall not very helpful. Dropping them off again also required us to once again message the lady to have them come pick it up (which we had to wait for them to arrive) and refund us our 200$ deposit. Overall due to the unorganization, I would probably not use this company again but I would definitely recommend renting a UTV and exploring Aruba in your own.

the 2 seater honda was a piece of junk . I have older quads in better shape!i It was rattling and vibrating and making all kind of noises. My wife was constantly worried it would break down. We swapped out the one we were driving for another, but not much difference. What really got me upset was i paid 300.00 for a heap of junk 2 seater and Jean's rental service was renting nice new 4 seaters for 224.00
